Not a hope in hell  I've spent hours getting my levels and quests to where they are now. They're not amazing, but I certainly think I've spent enough time getting them there! My mum would be delighted, she's been trying to get me off the game for years...

You'd better not shout you'd better not cry you'd better not pout I'm telling you why... 'cos you'll get coal in your stocking!! haha!!

Tip.It Times Presents: Nowhere to Build but Up...

I think they need to nerf the godswords and seriously update the range and mage armour/weapons. Mage armour is, at the moment, pretty useless-whatever happened to the combat triangle??!! Mages need a total armour makeover! Hp-wise, I would agree with the people suggesting another skill to boost hp, or making agility actually do something! Increasing the level cap would just make high levels even more ridiculously inaccessible. It's hard enough getting 99 in slayer or similar at the moment! -
thankyou all so much!

I've been a member for several years and my bank is pretty much full. I have quite a few half-finished members quests, and quite a few reasonable members skill levels. I'm thinking of becoming f2p for a few months, having just started exams at school. I need advice on how much bank space you have in f2p, what to keep in my bank in the likelihood of me becoming a member again later, and what to sell/ditch. Please help!

Tip.It Times Presents: A Lack of Clarity, and Nerfing

I thin it's unfair to ban people who exploit glitches. It's Jagex's fault that that's possible! -
Defender of Varrock  Mind you, penguin points? Sounds just a lil bit wierd so...great!

How many people, and especially people who would be possible new players for runescape, keep up to date with who won what award in the games industry, or research E3?
-
Although i think that getting a 99 in f2p is admirable, if they really want a skillcape they should become members. That's why members pay money, to get benefits. Jagex is a company, they make money, they can't just keep giving benefits to f2p that everyone else has to pay for. perhaps if in f2p there wasn't a skillcape but some other symbol of achievement...I'm not saying that f2p people don't deserve a skillcape, I'm saying that in Jagex's view there is no reason to give them a skillcape.

Should a members only skill be opened up to f2p?

Then you're just out of luck. Jagex is not running a charity. The only purpose for F2P is to make people want P2P. So, they're not going to give F2P another skill. Sure it would be fun for F2P, but it's not going to happen. I agree. It's tough on, for example, kids whos parents won't let them pay for membership, but Jagex has no obligation to that. they are a company, and they must make money. Also, if they can afford to have a computer with a good enough interent connection to play runescape, they can probably afford £3.20 a month. -
I think that there should be a more powerful weapon, because once you're past level 75, you have the best melee weapon in the game. What's the point in having a godsword when, for example, mages have a spell that can freeze, poison and hit 20's on multiple targets? No melee weapon can match that. I think there should be a lvl 90 attack requirement weapon, plus I think that you should be able to get you hitpoints to at least 150 to balance it out.

"Who wants to be my GF/BF" - Any of you?
hot_lips255 replied to REDACTED's topic in General Discussion
I'm a girl on runescape and irl. I have a view on both sides. About a year ago, me and a friend were bored so we shouted out 'looking for a husband' a few times. A guy volunteered, we went to varrock church and my friend made up a few lines of wedding stuff with a bit about zamorak thrown in. Afterwards, we went to the blue moon inn, ate fish, drank beer, danced a bit, then I never saw him again and chatted to him once or twice. I realise now that he could have been anyone, but I don't see the harm in what I did. If he had tried to hassle me, i would have reported him and put him on my ignore list. I would never choose a random avatar to ask to be my boyfriend, but I had a joke with some random guy, and we had fun for 30 minutes or so. I didn't want free stuff, and neither did he. What was wrong with that?
