I would like to learn how to dk to make some money. I've read a few guides and even watched a youtube video. I'm not yet sure which method to use, so I'll post my stats.



Att:83

Range: 77, nearly 78

Str:81

Mage: 72

Def:80

Pray: 60



So I was thinking Range/Melee with my stats, though I'm not sure.



I don't have Guthan's, I have full Verac's, Torag plate and legs, Ahrim's robetop and skirt. That's pretty much it for armor.



If someone could just bring me there and show me the ropes it would be great, I have an ok idea on what invent to bring.



P.S. I have around 1mil spare cash

First of all you'll want to read this guide if you haven't already.



With your stats you've go 2 options duo maging with someone of a similar magic level or hybriding in a group of 3 hybrids.

Maging using the veracs method and slayer dart (hence why you need 2 of you). Adjust the setup for your equipment and levels.

Hybriding use the verac method with rune C'bow + diamond bolts and whip, since your range level is low you'll need the 3 to kill prime fast enough to justify the brews you use from the snips.



The hardest things about dk's is balancing prayer/hp, location (step 2 squares in the wrong direction and you can get more then 1 on you) and emergency situations (covered in the guide I linked).



Are the stats in your sig the stats of the character your going to use?

Its less a bug, more poor management.

Both links are broken. They relate to community articles from 2008. Essentially, the original post have now been deleted (or something, its thread number is now different anyhow), and new ones made in thier place. This thread happened to be assigned the same thread number that the former news article thread had. Hense, its the right link. Its just that that link is now a different thread.

The two news articles, both of which are very current, work fine.

So like I said. Its not really a bug. Its just a strange quirk, that someone probably should have picked up on sooner. It doesnt really matter tho, your not missing anything, because its old news now .

Tbh, I hadnt noticed the date on the topic, i just clicked a click on front page and got it. Realised what had happened, and figured i'd explain it so it could get sorted. Thanks qeltar, but its cool. People like that are water offs a ducks back. I've been on enough forums and seen enough guys like it, its by the bye.
