Are you being serious? I think it's kinda hard to step up to the plate if you get killed, I really don't think I would. So what your saying is if your people, your friends, family, were being slaughtered around you, and you knew eventually your time would come, you wouldn't take a stand? Kind of hard to step up to the plate if you get killed? Well first of all, if your talking about what I said, then that means they already stepped up. Second of all if you aren't, then are you not going to die eventually to the same thing? I would NOT for a SECOND think about fighting, they are too powerfull. It would turn into another rebal movement if they started to get more people to join the "good" force. So why not get togethor a force? If I lived there and I thought we needed to take a stand then that pretty much guarantee someone else does too. I bet thousands of people think they need to take a stand, they just don't communicate. You are a MORON becuase YOU would be CONDEMNING yourself to DEATH by NOT stepping up. Sure you could die by stepping up. Hell, you probably would die. But they DO stand a chance. And if some people fight back, others will too. And eventually the citizens, the ones who were being killed daily, will defeat the rebels. in the end, you would most likely die. :?

It's been proven time and time again that the earth is not 6000 years old. In fact, here's a challenge for you. Find me a source which has no religous connotations whatsoever that claims the earth is 6000 years old and the techniques used to come to such a conclusion. Just don't rack your brains on it because I can assure you the overwhelming majority of all sources you find (if not all) will have a religous motivation and only seek to critique valid science because they have no basis for thier own claims. This challenge stands for anyone. This is directed at you now, splat. Radiometric dating. Look it up, you can't possibly disregard it unless you disregard matematics and the theory of radioactive decay. You, my friend are being fed false information from creationists that accuses scientists of being unsure or fabricating evidence. give some of the proof you speak of. how do we know that light cant be distorted in vacuam, or black holes, we have even managed to stop light in a vacuam, why cant it be sped up? hmmmm, this is a toughie, but the way i see it, if humans lived longer before the flood(adam lived like 700 years) why couldnt reptiles live longer. all reptiles keep growing until they die, how do we know they couldnt have grown humongous? Scientists dont want you to know this but, the current method of carbon dating (the main way we tell how old things are) is flawed, terribly. my youth group went out to a house that had burned down about 50 years before, found 2 preserved pieces of wood, and sent them in to be dated, telling them that they wher most likely about 500 years old. the first was dated at, low and behold, 600 years. the second was dated at 1000 years. ok ok, so thats not to far off on the grand scale of things, but when we sent them back about a year later, we switched the bags, we put the piece dated at 1000 years in the 600 year bag, and vice versa. the results came back the same on the bags, the wood was different, but they still kept it the same, hmmmmm :-k . what they dont want you to know is, when they date something that doesnt turn out right in their timeframe, they just test it again, and agian, and agian, until it is where they want it. bit still, i guess im just rated as a religous zealot whos opinons dont count.

Sounds like you need to speak to some soldiers about the reality of war. Of course, most of them won't tell you, because they don't want to remember fully. War means your best friends having their limbs shot off, or being blinded for the rest of their lives. War means shooting one of your allies by mistake because the battle is so confusing. War means that every 'enemy' person you kill is someone with a real life, someone with a real mother and father, possibly with children of their own - someone who has lived for 20 years and has been educated, but will never get to use their education. War is where people don't just respawn like in your computer games, they stay dead forever. War means killing children and women and considering them acceptable damage. I imagine that you play FPS games from time to time - next time you die in one, remember that in war you don't get a second chance. Even if you think you have a good cause to go to war, all of the above is still true. No one gets "owned" in war. On TV sometimes it reports that 40 people died, and 5 of them were women and children. But that's someone else that killed them, and it's an acceptable loss, because 35 bad guys died. What though, if you were the one to kill them, would that still be an acceptable loss? yes, this may be true, but i know what i believe in and am willing to fight and die for it. im sorry if you arent. btw, that really is off topic. I don't think the problem was your willingness to "fight and die" for your country, it was more to do with your nonchalant attitude towards killing somebody, or your willingness to 'own' them as you put it so eloquently. sorry, just trying to keep a lighthearted attitude, the world would go to the dogs if we ALL turned Emo :boohoo: :XD: :thumbsup:
