Looking forward to the holland match today , i hope that RVP gets a chance. The whole group looks very interesting, and very competitive. Its a shame that Ivory Coast make their debut in such a tough group, had it been another group, they would easily have gone through to the next round.

If you get a chance to watch the replays or something, watch Ivory Coast vs Argentina. Easily the best match of the world cup so far. Anyway i think that Yaya toure has great potential, and he showed glimpses of good vision too yesterday, i think he could become a riquelme style player, though slighly more defensive. I think Riquelme is more of a luxury player. He plays in front of two defensive midfielders, so the Argentina team is built around him. I think he has a free role, and so doesnt really track back or help to defend much. Because of this, the argentina team dont have any real wingers, just the fullbacks, and strikers when they drift into those positions. I think thats where they could be weak, on the sides, as Ivory Coast made a lot of progress there yesterday too.

Between 30 mins-1 hour 30 mins every day recently. I have one more week of exams left, after that i will have a lot more spare time, i plan to max out Melee stats so il maybe be playing about 3-4 hours a day, assuming i dont get bored lol. Yeah Owen is definately not match fit. his first touch today was shockingly bad. Fair enough, i think Micheal Owen wasnt match fit, his first touch today was appauling. And he messed up too many times, when he should have controlled, and shot or either passed. But as soon as Downing came on we started having problems. Joe cole went to partner Peter crouch up front, yet joe cole was the player standing deep trying to win the flick ons. That should have been crouch. I dont see why Sven had to move Joe Cole around, he was having a great game on the left as it was. What we needed was a striker to bring on for owen, a straight swap. This is Sven's fault, we dont have one, because he chooses to gamble on Rooney and Walcott, the latter which he obiously doesnt have much faith or trust in, otherwise he would have brought on. When Hargreaves came on for Joe cole though, thats when the real trouble started. I really dont understand why he didnt take off Crouch instead. We needed someone who could just run fast, take pressure off our defence, play on the counter attack, and if we needed a few seconds to reshape our defence, run the ball into the corner and hold it up. Theo Walcott with his fast pace would have been ideal for this, Joe cole would have been too. But instead, Sven opts for Peter Crouch. I mean he has a decent first touch and can win headers, but so what? whats the point if no one is there to pick up the pieces? Crouch just isnt the type of player we needed as a lone striker, especially with the lack of support from the midfield we had. As soon as Sven chose to bring of Cole for Hargreaves, i know we were going to be on the backfoot the rest of the match. I really hope he doesnt screw up again. Im not convinced much by the Lamps + Gerrard partnership either, personally i think Gerrard is a better player overall, and he was definately better today. I would like to see Carrick given another chance. The reff was bad today too, but thankly it was nothing major, very fustrating too. Its a shame about the commentry, i would have loved to have Andy Gray screaming at the top of his lungs, a bit like Liverpool in the champions league final 2 years ago lol. (beauty!!!!!!!!!!)

Anyone watch Ivory Coast Vs Argentina? Great match of football. Ivory coast have some great players. Everyone gave 100% today. I would have like to see Eboue a bit more, he didnt get the freedom he gets when he plays for Arsenal to go on those fast counter attacking runs. But still, an amazing, fast flowing match. I really look forward to the next in this group.

that first germany goal (scored by laim or something?) was a screamer, great goal. They had a tendency to take shots from outside the box, so if we play them we need to close them down pretty quickly, that bearing in mind they didnt even have Ballack for that match. I also thought Frings was very impressive, and their left back was pretty much everywhere. I think this is going to be the end result. Winner:England Second:Brazil Third:Argentina Forth:Spain Assuming that none of the teams has any major mess ups, like france in 02.

IT doesnt matter about levels at this point in time. So what if he is around level 40 now, and other people havent started. What matters is the exp. the XP for level 40 is just over 37k, and in the late 90's of the skill, 37k is barely significant.

been using world 78 as my home world since way before pest control even came out. And it has totally ruined it now, its always full.

The ref ruined the best match in club football. All we wanted was a free flowing game of attacking football. We got a start and stop game. Where we never had the freedom to attack because the ref wasnt strong enough to let play go on. It would have been much better for the match to get Jens stay on. I would have loved to see an 11 man Arsenal attack Barcalona with everything they have. I doubt any team in the world could have resisted it. And it wasnt just that either. Can anyone explain why Henry got a yellow? He won the ball, and then the guy kicked Henry, and Henry gets the yellow? And the goal by Eto'o was also offside. Uefa should have known this was coming. The exact same thing happened against Chelsea. Even the reff who was in England vs Portugal would have been more fair. But even though we lost. I have never been prouder to be an Arsenal supporter. Last night we showed energy, enthusiasm and passion. Something which has arguably been lacking most of the season. And there are so many good points from the match too. I cant wait to see Toure, Eboue, Hleb, Fabregas, Reyes, in a couple of years now. They will be truly world class. And where was the Barcalona magic? where was their fast free flowing football that they are so famous for? our defence didnt let it happen. They gave it everything, but when your down to 10 men they would have scored sooner or later. I think man of the match was Freddie, He showed he hasnt lost anything. Hes still the fast skillfull winger, who gives everything whenever hes on the pitch, he may have been poor most of the season, but hes earned mine, and a lot of other peoples respect.
