I was just wondering if when using the coal bag, do you have to use each piece of coal on the bag, or is there a fill option? Is it worth it to spend the 4k tokens on one in order to make superheating addy a bit easier? I plan on doing superheating addy and making addy arrow tips from 79-88 smithing, and was wondering if the coal bag would be a good investment. I have 29k tokens right now (I'm lvl 60 dungeoneering.) I got my plate as a drop. Before that I'd asked around on here for almost a week and no one has wanted to make me one. I've even offered to pay for it.

Ok, so I'm level 60 dungeoneering and I enjoy the skill. Recently I had a Promethium Spear p++ and a Promethium Platebody bound. I went into a game with a guy I had just met and the Rammernaut ended up being the boss. The guy I partnered up with got the drop from it, and it turned out to be a Primal Maul. I wanted it, but he said no. I clicked to end t he dungeon, and the 1 minute timer started. He then runs over to the door across the room and drops the maul. I ran over and picked it up. I quickly destroyed my Promethium Platebody, and right as I clicked to bind the maul, he clicked to exit. Now I'm stuck with only my spear, no maul, and no platebody. I'm pissed and don't feel like training the skill for a while now just cause of this [wagon] that screwed me over. Anyways, just wanted to get that off my chest and rant a bit. Thanks for reading.

It has its uses though. Maybe not the best in melee situations, but Pyramid Plunder....

I'm looking to get some levels up so that I can play SC more effeciently. Could someone please fill me in on the quickest ways to get the following levels: Mining: 77-80 Fishing: 73-80 Woodcutting: 72-80 Hunter: 65-80 Crafting: 75-80 Thanks

It's still not expensive by any means, but hey, if you feel like using an inferior spell, go for it.

Hello barrageing rock lobsters. But there are so many better spells to use for slayer than fire bolt.... Also battle robes only last 6 hours of cmb before the recharge, so use them on something worthwile not 80gp chaos runes.... What spells should I use for slayer then? Slayer dart, it's not to expensive, blast spells, also not to expensive, roughly the same price as slayer dart. Even so, don't really bother with Battle Robes for slayer. Wait until you start bursting rock lobs to use Battle Robes.

If I just go to world 2 do people buy them there?

It seems that grimy wergalis are crashing. I had been farming them and I'm stuck with 691 of them right now. I planned on selling them and using the money for smithing, but they won't sell at minimum now. Is there a reason they're crashing? Also, would I be better off making them into unfinished potions? Whats the street price of those? I always see people trying to trade them for royal stuff...

If you don't want to really bother with the lower floors, just set the complexity to 1 and you can get through a floor in like 5 minutes easily.

I think you need to do floors 1-4 and 9 to get prestige 9. Not sure, but it seems like that would probably be how it works,

Have you completed all of the floors 1-9?

Everyone I've asked has said to do Mithril Platebodies until 88. I'm not sure on the gp/exp but mith bars are crashing right now, so choose wisely when to buy in and start training. :wink:

I'm not sure, but I think Primal items need 99 in that skill (i.e. 99 defence for armour, 99 attack for weapons), and thus I think that they do not allow you to get the drop. This is purely theoretical however. If you go into a team with a 90+ smither and 90 miner, you should find promethium stuff pretty easily, and you could ask for your team mates to make you a weapon/armour. Why would they only make primal like that? A guy I was in a group with had 75 attack and he got a promethium dagger from a boss. Also theres plenty of things that you don't have the level for but they put it in your dungeon anyways. For example, I only have 71 herblore, yet I always get doors requiring 104 herblore.

Prestige is based off of how many floors you've completed. It and your floor exp are averaged to give you your ending exp from that floor. Say for example you did floors 1-22, but after finishing 22 you weren't high enough level to move onto 23. From there you simply reset using your ring and your prestige is now 22. Now when you do floors 1-22 again, you'll get higher exp for them because you will have prestige22 which will get you more prestige exp, thus resulting in a higher ending exp for the floor. Now by the time you get back to floor 22 you'll probably have the level to get to floor 24-26 or so, so you just work your way up until you can't do anymore floors, reset, and repeat.

I was just wondering if you are able to get primal/promethium items from bosses when you aren't on complexity 6. I can set my complexity to 1 and run through a floor in 3 minutes or less, so I was just thinking that if you did this you could just power through floors over and over again in hopes of getting a primal drop from a boss. Think it would work?

Because of the exact reason you stated in your OP. It's cheap farming exp, therefor people use it..... This attracts merch clans and all of a sudden BAM, your cheap farming exp is now expensive for a bit. In a week or so it'll probably drop back down.

You mention the poison totem. Would you happen to know whether these are 1 handed or not? Tbh, poison is never really that much of a problem for me, I'm missing out on why everyone seems to be going made for the totem... The only thing I could think of it being used for is Zamorak GWD where you get poisoned and it hits quite hard last I remember. Only been there once and it wasn't fun since I forgot antis.

Don't just check in the rooms for keys. Earlier I had a blue pentagon key that was stuck inbetween two doors in the black area of the map that you can't get to. If thats the case though, you still can't complete it since theres no way to get an item from an area you can't access.

No one really has those yet, so no one really knows if they pair well with the SoL enough to make it rise in price again.

This. I don't feel like spending 20m+ to get 90 smithing, then still need the strong artisan's potion that takes 93 herblore to make. I'd much rather wait until someone comes along who is willing to help me out.

Hi there Help & Advice. I recently got a promethium rapier with the help of a nice guy and now I'm wanting to step it up to a promethium spear. This takes 4 ores (408k) and 97 smithing. I need the help of someone who has 97 smithing and can get to floor12 or better. With being able to get to there it shouldn't be too hard for us to get 408k for the ores.
