I didn't say I was looking for a big profit.... Infact, I said that a small profit would be just fine with me. I'm just looking for a way to train fletching without losing a bunch of money.

I have lvl 87 fletching and I want to get it to 99. I was wondering if there was a way to make a profit while doing this? I had heard making yew longs was profitable, but looking at the g.e. prices it doesn't seem that it will be if I sell them as unstrung... What can I do to make a profit? (I don't really care if its big of small)

Thanks for the replies guys. I just bought 10k mith and 20k coal to go for 80 smithing. We'll see if I can stick to it and not give up lol.

Good news, I logged on this morning and got it all. :thumbsup: Kinda strange it took over night to get 20k coal though.

Yep, it means you have crazy good luck. Now you need to go kill some dragons, get 2 visages in a row, then go do a clue and get a double 3a drop in a single clue. :thumbsup: Goodluck on that....

I can't get mith ore and coal at max price.... It seems like there would be a ton of that out there, almost to much for a merch clan to buy out... Or so one would think. :x

I'm not really looking forward to what they might do to stop it though. I could see them reducing how many items can be bought every 4 hours.... It would be even worse on the skillers than the merchants because then we wouldn't be able to train as quickly. :x I would be just fine with being able to buy or sell each combat item one time every 24 hours. This would effectively terminate the armor/weapon merchanting market. The skilling market would be much harder to hammer down... possibly a longer than 4 hour ban on reselling items? Even raising it to more than 4 hours wouldn't do anything. Most price manipulating clans hold onto items for almost a week or more at a time.

Have the rooms that border where you spawn in your house be your altar, portal room(s), and quest hall with a mounted glory in it. From there you can pretty much just put things where you want them to be. Having those three/four rooms right next to where you spawn will make it very efficient though. I need to move my portal room and quest hall soon becuase they are quite a ways away from where I spawn at for some reason. :x

Red salamanders would be fast I think, but red chins would give you a little bit of cash. ;)

Whats going on with the G.E right now? I can't buy mithril ore or coal at max price right now, yet when I was training my smithing last month I could buy them both at market price.... Anyone know why nobody is selling these two items?

Get 66 hunter, get a spottier cape, and then start training mining. :thumbsup:

Thanks for the comments guys. :) Just got my first nechryael task earlier. I had no idea that they were such great crimson charm droppers. I've gotten 50 so far, and its awesome that I only need a bunyip to keep me healed, they hardly hurt me. :lol:

Yes, it does stack with void. Also, you pretty much have to do everything again. You need to get the glowing mushroom or whatever and put it in the cart all over again I think.

They got to keep their multiples I believe. Theres someone in the Rate This section who posted a pic of his character that has 2 torsos. ;)

Get 94 mage for vengance. Everyone I've ever fought had it, and I lost to all of them because I don't have it. :x

Probably, but I think my first goal will be getting an untrimmed HP cape. Hp is at 94 right now, and is my highest skill. :thumbsup:

Don't worry, I'll be getting 85 as soon as possible. When I got 80 at first I was thinking about grabbing some wild pies and just camping out at spiritual mages for some d boots, but I've decided against it. When I actually get 83, thats when I'll go for d boots, but only when on spiritual mage tasks. :thumbsup:

First of all, the level I got just earlier tonight: 90 Defence: And finally, some drops from slayer tasks in the past few days: Rate please. \ Edit: Decided to do a barrows run with my full guthans and after about 9 chests I made roughly 1.2m. :thumbsup: On about the 6th chest I got the Verac's Skirt, then the 7th I got Torag's Legs, and on the 8th I got Ahrim's Hood. Three items in a row isn't to bad if you ask me. :
