Book is a reward from Horror of the deep quest. (The book only gives a prayer bonus until you have all the pages in it). You get the other 3 pages the same way that you got this one or you can buy them from other players for about 200k each. If you die and lose the book you can recover it from the guy in the lighthouse with all your pages still in it.

I plan to make 2600 coifs to get to 61 crafting for lunar diplomacy. Now i was wondering if i need 2600 thread in addition to the 2600 soft leather? If i do where can i buy the thread? I did a search on the official forums and noone was selling. (Obviously i know about the crafting store, i just don't want to stand around all day.)

You are probably talking about the NW corner. There is a rock that you can stand behind where your tunnel brother will not dissapear. However, unlike the other rocks you cannot mage or range them from behind the rock. You could also always try out the "hidden" ladder safespots provided by chenw.

I believe that the discount for armour stand is (smithing level)/2. To fix barrows armour you can either take it to one of the npcs listed in the tip.it barrows guide or use it on an armour stand in someones house. You are indeed giving back laws. But, these laws were crafted from the runners ess. The reason that i am calling this "free" xp is the fact that you don't have to do any work other than to trade and to click on the altar. You do not need to actually bring your own ess to the altar and you save an invaluable amount of time by not having to bank. This is the reason that air runners ask for either 2k or 125 airs in addition to the 25 ess for 25 unnoted ess. You are basically paying the extra 27 ess for not having to bank so that you can achieve your RC goal faster.

We are talking about the runners not the crafters. Also it is perfectly fair that the crafters should have to give something back to the runners otherwise they are just getting free xp.

World 66 bring 27 unnoted ess, get 27 laws and 27 noted ess back.

Yes its from the gorrilla guards. They regenerate when they are lower than 20hp so you will have to hit them for 20 to kill them. (I do believe that once in a while they dont heal right away).

I believe that you need to give all the materials to fix the mirrors then after you see all 6 cutscenes you should be able to access the smokey dungeon.

For Karamel i wore full black Dhide, mystic hat, mystic boots, crystal bow. I had 4 stat restore pots and the rest all monks in my inventory. I drank 1 dose of restore pot after she froze me 4 times.

Yes and you could definately do it. I had stats that where lower than yours when i beat RFD. If you follow the tip.it guide you should have no problems. It is true that you can't use prayer but i didnt use any more than 10 monks on any of the monters. (Remember to reset after each fight just to be safe).

Although you do get the most tokens from Rune armour it takes almost twice as long to kill the rune animation than it does to kill the mithril one and you only get 1.6x the tokens.

Rumor is that steel armour will break the most often. I used Mith to get 2.6k tokens and i didnt lose a single piece.

Zammy book doesnt give a str bonus. Rune defender gives +5.
