Actually the screenshot he has is from clicking the runecrafting skill in-game, so it would not show those levels. The numbers are merely how all runes are, and these show there are only 1 in the stack. And the fact that there is only 1 in the stack is related to the fact that you make only one of the rune at that RC level. I know that the in-game guide doesnt show what level you need to make multiple runes from one essence.

Thats the level required to make 1 of the rune from 1 piece of essence. When your runecrafting level is high enough, you can craft 1-8 runes from 1 piece of essence depending on your level and the rune you are trying to craft.

If you have too much money you should consider leveling construction.

Canonballs are actually one of the fastest ways to gain smithing xp. There is no mining involved as all the ore or bars can be bought and a profit is still made. If he isnt interested in the profit and just wants the xp he can sell canonballs at 150 each where there will always be buyers and he will not come out with a loss. He can buy iron ore at 100 each, coal at 200 each or steel bars at 600 each. Each bar of steel gives 4 canonballs.

Camtasia files can only be viewed and edited on Camtasia. If you have the full version then there is a movie editor that comes with it. Although, i am sure that there is someone out there who knows a program that can convert it into a .wmv or .avi file.
