It really isn't worth the time to RC chaos runes unless you have a high enough RC level to get more than 1 chaos per pure essence. The price for Pure ess and Chaos runes are just too close to not buy chaos runes directly from other players.

I timed my laps at the Wildy course from 55-60 agility and i average 52 seconds a lap without using any energy pots. The agility is 8.5xp less per lap at the wildy course than ape atoll but it seems to be quite a bit faster. Either of the two should be fine but definitely not the agility arena.

You can't recharge bows. You can only recharge crystal seeds.

Jayc isn't talking about the fairy ring to the abyss area. He is talking about the code to get to Brimhaven just west of the altar. It isn't that bad if you are only going to be making 1 or 2 trips to the altar. But if you are going to craft thousands of natures the fastest way by far is through the abyss.

Do you find it more waste of money than a lot of prayer potions + antifire potions than anti-fire potions + runes which I don't pay for? Seriously, I never pay for runes, I get chaos runes from paladins and runecraft fire runes, so how can it be waste of money? Seriously. You might not think that it costs you anything to get your chaos and fire runes. But, you have to factor in your opportunity costs. While you are runecrafting fires, or attaining your chaos runes, you could be busy doing something else such as barrows or merchanting. So although you are not spending any money to get your runes, it doesn't mean that you aren't losing any money that you could otherwise be getting and thus it does cost you.
