I think it's impossible for people to get a party hat... Even if you are very lucky and make around 1mil per day with merchanting it never will work! The prices of party hats keap getting higher and higher! If you have like 400mil for a party hat the price will be 1bil! I dont see the use of party hats... I more like good armor and good weapons!
