Nothing in Runescape pisses me off more than Har'lakk the Riftsplitter. Let's see here... A strong magic attack that drains prayer, a melee attack, stacking damage flame portal, stacking damage poison, stacking reduced stats portal, a very strong double melee attack which prevents protection prayers, medium HP, high defense... EVERY other boss I have done/can do is FUN. Lexicus is a silly boss, To'kash is pretty easy and interesting, Rammernaut is funny and not hard, Behemoth is easy, Bulwark is tough but fun, Stomp is super easy and an interesting concept, Plane Freezer has no defence, Astea is easy, Geomancer is a joke, Skeletal horde is easy and fun, Cursebearer is easy, Sagittare is fun and has low defense, Icy Bones is super easy, Icefiend is easy. No other boss gives me such headaches, even when I have Rammernaut charging every turn. Please, Har'Lakk, just die. Go curl up in a hole and DIE.
  3. It's fine with me because I can write a lot if I need to
  4. Calibri master race. OT: Your opinion of a font is just that - an opinion. There's no reason to think less of people for using it.
  5. If the IP is in China you definitely have/had a virus of some kind.
  6. This is totally off topic, but I just want to congratulate everyone on not turning this into flaming. Really nice to have to proper discussion for once.
  7. SOUR SKITTLES??? You've got my vote!   :P Why didn't I think of that  Don't worry. I'll accept multiple bribes. I have the map to the fountain of youth (not that you need it)
  8. You have the right to think whatever you want about anyone. OT: Actually, just today my mother was telling me about her friend's husband's ex-wife, who receives more in alimony than my mother and father make put together (over 150k a year at least) and who once told their daughter to run away while at her dad's to meet her at a bookstore. Here's an article by WSJ: http://online.wsj.com/article/SB120700651883978623.html 3.6% are male. That is 96.4% of alimony receivers being female. 964 of 1000 receivers are female. If that is not gender bias, kittens are ugly.
  9. Good luck to everyone else (as well as myself :^_^: )
  10. Have you ever heard any woman complain about receiving alimony instead of her husband receiving it? Or a woman complaining that she got a lesser charge than a man would? I highly doubt it. But you have men complain about this all the time (this thread for example).
  11. And what I'm saying is that there are more direct consequences in addition to reinforcing gender roles, including their perceived competency and their self-esteem, both of which do carry more tangible harms. They're also likely to be aware of these harms, since as we've discussed women are thought of as weaker, and so they are offered patronizing help more often. And they seem to be fine with that, generally.
  12. Very well, it is against the rules. Is it a bannable offense?
  13. Either someone knows your recovery questions or you have a keylogger. Change them for the former, and for the latter, download avast (http://download.cnet.com/Avast-Free-Antivirus/3000-2239_4-10019223.html?tag=contentMain;contentBody;1d) Malwarebytes (http://download.cnet.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware/3000-8022_4-10804572.html?tag=mncol;1) and Microsoft Security Essentials (http://download.cnet.com/Microsoft-Security-Essentials/3000-2239_4-10969260.html?tag=mncol;1). If you have all three of these, you should be very well protected from all but the most advanced kinds of viruses (which are very rare to get).
  14. What I'm saying is that many don't care if their social role is reinforced if they get the help/money/whatever it is.
  15. Isn't it considered a trust trade and therefore not against the rules? I'm fairly sure I read a Jmod post that said you could not be banned for it.
  16. Me: Doubling money up to 1m! Player: *trades* *offers 1M* *accepts* Me: *log out* Is this against the rules? By that I don't mean is it a [bleep] move, I mean can you be reported and banned/muted for it?
  17. Why are you in summer school?
  18. Somehow if you are getting a divorce sexually assaulting another child and posting a video of it and you have a bias in favor of you when it comes to getting husbands income/child custody punishment I dont think you will be complaining about a bias being "degrading." This fits in well.
  19. It's just that? That's even easier. 10 hours is nothing.
  20. Yeah, but everyone has the same idea, so there are plenty of real players.
  21. 10 hours is time consuming? Lol k
  22. What he's saying is that there's no reason to complain. First, nothing will change drastically. Second, if it doesn't anger you enough to stop, then why complain? If it does, why not just leave?
  23. Brings to mind the case where the US government tried to take down Demonoid, and Demonoid just said [bleep] off because it's Swedish or Swiss or something. Was lulzy.
