I don't hate pures just because they're pures, but I tend to dislike people who are pures without even knowing if they are a pure first. I don't know what it is about them, they just tend to act/speak differently. Same thing in real life, I don't dislike a certain group of people on sight, but I tend to dislike most of them.

Max hit is increased by 14 from a berserker ring so your 6 is a little off, as well as your assumption that its benefit is only seen on max hit rather than your average hit. On top of the fact that you can effectively use both with little effort. If you want to nerf your own damage output in exchance for a hypothetical chance at a nice drop than fine, but don't tell people to subject themselves to the same nerf when they could have the best of both worlds. That's a description. Not a new, serious, important game mechanic. I never said it was better to use a ROW. In fact I did say it was better in the long run to use a Zerker. I just offered the option and my opinion. Crime?

Jagex said it increases chances. I am inclined to believe them, seeing as they did make the game and all. And how is it significant? Max hit + ~6? You don't even hit your max very often, so it doesn't make a huge difference. Sure it's better in the long run, but I prefer to have a better chance of those drops.

Or you can just forgo the +4 strength bonus and use the ROW anyway. Tbh I'd rather increase my chance for a 17m drop hugely than increase my max hit by ~6.

Is the warning you get when you try to remove something (larder for example) the same as the one the Doomsayer has? If so, how many times do you have to do it to unlock the option to shut it off? Or is it not the same thing and you just can't shut it off at all?

Yeah it can. With the current stats it is the reason it isn't F2P. And the reason it is unbalanced is between F2Pers themselves - the cape gives advantage to long standing players (or that's what I assume). All I know is Jagex said the capes were members due to the stats.
