You should wait til you are at least 15 til you start training hard as your bones are still developing and it can cause major problems. Normal training is said to be ok but bodybuilding isn't a good idea. And in relation to heart problems from eggs, for a decent meal have like 2 yolks and however many whites you want... but you shouldn't have more than 2 yolks a day. Google "weight training too young" for further info.
