So, my birthdays comming up and I decided to do a little snooping around and sound this beauty. Its called Zen from Creative. This is the 4 gb model. It will cost around 135-150$ This is what i currently have the Creative MuVo slim. Is the Zen worth what im paying for? Can I get something better for the price? If he works (isolation) sperate parts on seperate days, he wont have a problem. One day a week MIN off is a must though. By hitting seperate muscles/ muscile groups he can train a specific part harder and longer, which will give him greater results. He could do a whole body rouitne to start off with. However if hes looking to do this for a while, or forever then he should start organiseing his workouts, by muscle / group. In one week my days are organised as follows. Biceps, upper back. Triceps, chest, lower back. Legs, abs. Shoulders, neck. The gym i avail of is only avaliabe 4 days a week. So i make the most use of it. It dosent matter in what order i hit those days a week, as long as i hit them all, my weeks ends happy. :thumbsup:

I agree. This is all standard procedure for a SWAT team. They can't just change their entire plans based on the situation. They have to approach them the same. They didn't know if those people were armed and dangerous. They can't just calmly stroll into a house and say "Excuse me, would you all mind obeying our orders and laying down on the floor please? We'd really appreciate it." That's just stupid. I'm willing to bet any amount of money that this lady is completely over exaggerating about the kids being "thrown and slammed". And even if they were, it was probably because they didn't follow orders the first time. As far as the kids being "traumatized", give me a freaking break. This will be a distant memory for all of these kids soon. It's really not that big of a deal. Lol, a kid bumps his head and the SWAT team is called in to evacuate him? This is beyond idiotic. Maybe if his head was open then yes take him to the hospital, alot of parents rather not have their kids there. That kind of would be illegal, and you can't carry noncombat items in anyway. Tried bringing in some money once - didn't work. You could bring the airs, though... but there's no guarantee that they'd target each other, or kill each other, or get out with them alive. So no, you can't get them. I like what my relegion teacher did last year ( Catholic School) He got an article out of a newspaper, and it was about a sports star saying he wont play on the same team as a gay person, because hes gay. And he took out the word gay, and put in the word black, or african american. Im not saying being gay is a skil colour. But it really made the atricle sound stupid. The ancient greeks and romans did it, heck it was expected of them to. Im not saying everyone should be gay, but be tolerant of others. The only gay people that REALLY piss me off, are the ones who wear their pants so tight and so low, you can see all their junk.
