I teled and left my cannon at the dagganoth place. Do I just talk to the dwarf to get it back?

where did you get that from? Cannons give half the xp, not 1/4. They just don't give you hp xp. Plus, cannons are good a dagganoth's under the lighthouse and a few other multi areas.

I went all the way to the graveyard and used the pot of blood on the tomb and dessous came out, but then i realized i forgot my runes so I had to tele. My question is, will he appear again the next time i go there or will i need another pot of blood?

can jagex get back my money from a scam?

umm, jagex is not responsible if you can't differ between 20k and 200k. They added many features to the game to avoid scams but you still need to read the trade screens. -
How do I get 4 dose potions? the ones i make are always 3 doses.

Where else can i use red chinchompas to train range effectively besides at ape atoll? I thought pc would be good but the xp was halfed.

umm, i don't think you can. If you use a cannon, you can get that much xp at a lot of places (such as under the lighthouse). -
dust devils almost never drop d chains, you have to be camping out there for a very long time if you are aiming for one. My friend is doing that and he's spent over 1 month there before getting a d chain.

vyrewatch stuff looks pretty good with quest cape, and it's cheap.

take it to the dogershunn goblins. they're under lumby castle. You have to do lost tribe quest.

You don't need 43 prayer, you shouldn't even be near the demon. 37 prayer for mage protection and stand far away. you won't even need food that way, the demon will just mage you. you can range it or use mage it. Without 37 pray, it's quite hard since he can hit more than you can eat.

I want to level my ranged more and i have 2 or 3 mil to spend on it. Which is more effective at getting xp, a cannon or using a crystal bow? And approxiamately how much xp per hour would i get? (i'm almost 83 ranged currently)

all guards under level 21 drop them. I got one from the level 20 guards in ardougne so i think they all drop them/
