Does having a higher magic level make you more accurate?

I need to get my combat level up to 90 quickly, i'm 84 right now. I'm currently training on minotaurs (not eating or picking up stuff) and i was wondering is there any other F2P place that can give better xp? (I don't care about the drop) Attack: 67 Strength: 73 Defence: 60 I'm going to focus on strength and attack. Another question, do you hit more often if you use attack style and do you block more often if you use defence style? I find that i hit low hits and zeroes more often when i'm training defence.

I been wondering, if a member dies in F2P world with member items, what happend to those item? Can F2Pers still pick them up or do they disapper?

Ice Giants are great!!! After you stay ther for 15 minutes so the ice warriors stop attacking you, you can use the safe spots to range them. They drop big bones, black kites (pretty often too), random runes and gems. It's usually not very crowded.

Where's the best F2P spot to mine coal besides the mining guild?

2 month ago, I got keylogged and lost my Santa hat (which I bought for only 150k a long time ago) plus full sara. Thankfully for a bank PIN, i still have some money and items left. Now I gotten 600k plus sara skirt and shield but I want to get another santa hat. I'm trying to merchant my way there with death runes (all the other runes are never in stock) and big bones. But that's not getting me there fast enough. What other F2P items can be merchanted fast to get me to a Santa again?

When I'm at the port sarim rune shop, there's always a level 3 guy there, and the runes are usually out of stock or really expensive. Changing to a different world and there's another level 3 guy. How do they have so much money to buy all the runes?

if you really need runes, go to dark wiz place. they drop a lot of runes and they don't hurt you much if your mage is high. Plus, people die there often too.

When I looked at the price guide, steel arrows can go up to 80gp while mith is around 35 gp. When I look in the shops, steel still cost more than mith. Why? Isn't mith better?
