He's pillow shaded, meaning it looks like the light source is between us and him. Actually, since he's looking at us, wouldn't that mean there's something between us? Maybe the light source is my monitor! ...Rambling. Sorry about that. I reccomend a light source, and looking up some shading tutorials on this board. I'd also fix the horns on the helmet, as they don't seem attached too well. I'd say, follow the guy who did the ASCII picture.

They're a pretty good group. I'm not the largest fan (More into Megadeth/Anthrax), but I agree that all their studio stuff is pretty good.
