You could also try out rimmington. While its not near a bank its got about 10 trees with no one there so its a good place to train fire making.

You could try out rock crabs, i dont know if there are safe spots but they dont hit for a lot. And you could also just stick to w/e you trained on in f2p. Or best of all start training slayer and use range for all the tasks you get :D

You could fletch and high alch what you fletch. You could also abyss craft natures, lots of profit there. And ftw go for merchanting, down right best way to make money.

The only rune ores in F2P are in the lvl 47ish wild.

Theres also mithril in the mine in the edgeville dungeon, and in the mining guild.
