  1. If you have the Agil for it you can use the shortcut to gnome stronghold and use bank there so it's not so bad.

  3. I'm trying to make the beads of the dead, and I've done everything the tip it guide says to do, but it wont let me make them. It says: You're not sure how this would fit together. Perhaps you need some instructions? I have 53 crafting so thats not the problem.... I'm not sure what to do... Does anyone have any suggestions?

  5. I think the hardest thing about implimenting this would be switching from the old one to the new... I could be wrong, but I would think that there's a possibility that when they switch something could mess up and items get lost. And that would go over really bad... Even if it wasn't perminant, and they had a back up, people would be panicing if their barrows and whips when missing...
  6. I was thinking angelic like beings, but dragonic people world be cool. And maybe people like on Fire Emblem: POR with people who could transform in to animals. Use the same principle as werewolves maybe... Lot's of things could be done, and there doesn't necessarily have to be 1 race. Maybe a couple of the air peoples could be at war and it could be a quest. That would be assuming there were more than one city. A way to get there could be a device built by dwarven engineers and gnome sappers. A mechanical glider. Just an idea....
  7. If this is going to be a F2P quest... It should be alot harder. Maybe instead of the necromancer being there you have to go talk to the guy south of Fally(can't remember name. :oops: ) And maybe you have to get fragments of bone metal, from killing some monsters, and asking other NPC's. Because getting gems is kinda easy, considering everything. Just my opinion. It looks like it would be a good quest, and a valuable addition to F2P.
  8. An idea to stop macroers is to set up a screen like the pin number, but you only have to press the ok button(which would randomly change position.) It would come up everytime you opened you bank. It would stop macroing for a while, until they figured a way to get past it. But it would be a hassel for non-macroing people.
  9. I wouldn't think that it would be hard to program. Just a short cutscene when you chose the option look off side. They already have flying mosters, so just change the graphic, and put talk to, bank, trade, ect. options. Otherwise, just use the same layout they use for water, only have a picture of ground and ocean in it's place.

  11. That could work. I think this would be great. Of course I thought they should have done something this along time ago.... Maybe with the release of RS2 -.- Lol
  12. A better idea would be to have a quest where as you complete parts, alcohols, potions and food have slightly better effects. I think so anyway.
  13. 1. Instead of a clan friend's list, a globalized clan chat, open it and replace the chat pane. I takes messages from clan members only, no matter what server there on. 2. Instead of designating a house as clan HQ, make a clan HQ. All members could use their con skill to improve it. It could have a message board, and other things. 3. Leader approval for applications. Just so people can't apply and be joined. 4. Minimum clan members limit. Have it so you can just go make a clan, you have to have 10 or more people with you to even start it. 5. Clan stash. It could be in the HQ. A karma system could work. (Get points for adding items, use points to take items out.) Just a few ideas.
  14. I was walking home today, and I was thinking about a song called Wings of Dispair by Kamelot. In the weird way my mind works that went to real people flying, to runescape characters flying(An idea for my next post? Lol.), to floating cities. I just thought it would be cool if there were cities in the sky, and you could look to the ground. There could be bridges and a flying race of people. Just a thought. Any idea's/comments? Updates This post is getting alot of positive feed back, so I decided to put a bunch of the idea's in the first post, like a summary. The city would have city stuff, like a bank, general store, maybe some special shops, an alter, ect. The NPCs would fly. Could be angelic, dragonic, demonic beings, transforming creatures or all of them. Transport to the city could include teleporting, a giant halk(or some other bird) or an advance gnome glider. There could be a quest to get to the city, and a couple of quests in the city. Other than that I don't know. The idea just popped in my head so I posted it. I'll be glad to add any other good ideas.
  15. I think a better idea than the one shown on the pic is to have a button in the trade screen, and have it do what clicking on someone on your friends list would do. Then it the message would be displayed in a message place in the trade window. Probally easier to code and use. Otherwise, put me down for supporting it. Good work on the pic, btw. :thumbsup:
  16. An idea is that this wouldn't be the bank, just an organization interface. You could choose which style you want to use. The only way they affect each other is when you withdraw or deposit items. That way everyone could use the bank the want, and it might be easier to code. Just an idea.
  17. I like the idea but I see problems with the send a message to a mod for muting. Correct me if I'm wrong, but.... 1. It would be very hard to code it so that it sent the report to different modes who are online so that the mods would be swamped with reports. 2. People would be sending reports(Even valid just ones. I suppose there could be punishments for abusing the system, which would cut it down alot.) all of the time to mods, so they'd be swamped anyways. 3. The mods would have to look through each report, and decide whether or not it's valid, and unless they coded a way for you to send proff, they would have to take the reporters word that the reportee actually broke the rules. That would take forever for the mods, and would take away almost all of their playing time. It's a good idea, but it seems to me like it would be very difficult to impliment. An idea for the first part when you click on the report abuse button it says 'select player' like if you were trying to cast a spell on them or use an item on them. Then it would open the report screen with the name already in it.
  18. Or, how about a place in the trade window for a private conversation between the traders. You could press a button on the trade window and it would work like private messaging, only the message goes to the chat pane in the trade screen.
  19. An idea is that you could right click and examine a prayer, and a scroll pops up giving a detailed discription, including drain rate.
  20. I've got several ideas. 1. There could be animal tending. I don't mean like cat care, it would be stable work. You could raise animals, and maybe sell them for varying prices depending on how well they were raised. Also there could be animal shows with prizes. The higher your level the better you could raise an animal, and the better types of animals you could raise. It could be a skill on its own, or maybe an addition to farming. Also you could use construction to build a stable in your house making it easier to do. 2. Engineering. You could use basic engineer skills to get over obstacals like streams. Using boards and ropes you could build a bridge. Making explosives to demolish obstacals is another idea. There could also be some new areas with different obstacals. 3. Expanding on the grammer suggestion, there could be scribing. You would have copy writting. This could be useful for quests, or theiving where you could forage signatures. 4. Hunting. It could be like Sigli's test during the Fremennik Trials. You get an item and, like a Runecrafting tailisman, It leads you to a monster. You kill that monster, then go get another task. And speaking of Sigli, he could be the one who gives the task. Could easily be a slayer addition though... There could be additions to skills as well. 1. Metamorphisis could be added to magic. It would also require thieving, and could give thieving bonus's for the duration of the spell. It would also be good for quests. 2. Necromancry. Another magic addition, your could raise low level warriors to help you fight. It could be like the ancient and lunar magic's where you can only use it and not the others. It could have spells to aid prayer and attack spell's as well. 3. There could be an addition to prayer, with dark prayers. The list looks almost the same, and radid heal&restore, protect item, redemption, retribution and smite would work the same. The differance between light and dark prayers is that in the dark prayers stat increasers would decrease your opponants stats instead of increase your's. The protect from spells could cancel your opponants defence for that type of attack, but that might be too powerful. It would work like magic, where you could only use light or dark. Just a few suggestions.
