Pc or regular ranging?
Nah I don't care for the money or slayer, I just want 70 range asap. I think I'll do moss giants to lvl 60 with steel arrows, then pc it, or is iron knives better on mossies? When you hit 60, i would advise you to train on the Fire Giants under Baxtorian Falls. Theyr'e prone to range, and they have some ok drops (rune meds, dragon meds, rune arrows, scimi, chains etc), and have a nice drop rate also. There are quite a few safe spots also. A question; Have you considered using a Cannon?

afk
I never knew it was said before... But since i've been training at Rock Crabs, i've gotten 4 Evil Chickens and about 5 Dwarfs, all of which can kill you. Now you take that into account, i guess JAGeX has opened their eyes to the increased number of afk trainers.

mining coal for santa hat
It seems like you want an easy post count... Your question is practially impossible to answer; What is your Mining level? How often do you mine? Do you get distractions? ... You already said you can get 340 Coal an hour... You need 70 000 Coal to get the 14M needed... 70 000/340 = 205 hours... Now i've worked that out, have fun not achieving another goal. \ Edit: You also need to account for the increase in speed when you mine, the running rate to and fro the cart, the random events, the rate of where you just stand still doing nothing... Its like asking how long will it take to catch 1 000 000 lobsters at level 45... You'll get 99 fishing in the process, so its practically impossible to get an accurate idea.

Can i beat Legends with no pray or food?
Ego's are not cool... Pray is a requirement, only a fool would not use what is gifted... It would be like taking a Team up to the Castle in the wilderness, and solo'ing a level 126, when you have three level 126 friends with you, just so you looked stupid...

mining coal for santa hat
You make way to many threads ... :uhh: Why ask how to get 60 mage, then say you want to mine coal to get a Santa? :-s Also, Santas are 20.9M at the moment.

Chompas
Wrong. You get 4xp per hit... So if this did work, it would be; 80 * 1999 = 159 920 xp... That is it such a thing could ever work. :uhh:

Nerd or just plain bored?
Wow, i didn't even know this thread was still on the first page. My parents go away tomorrow for about 8 days, so i'll be playing Runescape a little more than often. Out of 8 days, im seeing my girlfriend for 3, my best mate for two, and then i'll probably play about 6-7 hours a night, and maybe a little more after school when i dont have commitments... I mean, i've nothing else to do... Weathers uneasy, badmintons off, i have no means of transport and im seeing my friends for 5 out of the 8 days... Since i've made this thread i've realised its probably impossible to find a universal definition or a nerb, but many people seem to make the same conclusion about a no-lifer... 'Neglects friends/basic needs/life etc...'. This is interesting, as you seem to have a lot more vidid defintions of a no-lifer. I used to think i no-life when i played nearly 5 hours a day for about a month, even with all the social things i do on the side... Its nice to know i was'nt 'no lifing'. :anxious:

Chompas
Chinchompa's hit every monster on a 9-9 radius... Not just one. If 4 monsters are all standing on a 9-9, you'll hit 36 monsters.

afk
I'll break it down for you... Away From Keyboard. People AFK train at monsters which are agressive as its simple... This, as far as i know, is not technically rulebreaking... As i doubt people in Runescape will say 'I AFK at ...' If they're going to get reported. So if you hear, 'I AFK train at Bandits', they just kill them but do other things like look at forum or eat at the computer, and make sure they dont die every so often.

afk
Away-from-keyboard. People use this method at mosters which are agressive, (attack you without attacking them), for example Rock crabs or Bandits in the Desert. They constantly respawn and hit you, meaning you dont really have to look at the screen, just every so often to check hitpoints etc. The agression time lasts for 20minutes, of which after you'll need to get a loading screen for them to become agressive again. However, at Bandits, if you wear an item of God armours (eg Cloak, book), they remain agressive for over this time period. Its perfect for people to read a book, look at forums etc. So, in response, its when you train without looking at screen or touching the keyboard. Many people relate Afking to macro's and auto-ers, but there are two different types; The 'legit method', where you never really leave the keyboard, just change the screen, eat etc, or the 'il-legal way', where you leave the keyboard and screen for long periods of time, getting bots to do your work. I just saw your above post; In response... Afking is, in theory, il-legal, but when fighting a monster, it is hard to determine whether or not you're away or just looking at a different screen. Example; Right now im logged in killing Rock Crabs while typing this. I have the volume on so i can hear for random events, and when they stop being agressive. I like to say this is not against the rules, as you're really at the computer, just not on the screen when playing it. Hope this helps.

fast lobbies
Well, to be honest, depends how you define 'fast'. I fished lobsters from 50-76, then continued to fish them after 76, and they're still quite slow even at 77. By 'fast', you mean a steady rate, then i'd say about 72-74 is your best bet. You'd get maybe 700 or so an hour if you're in a good world and a good day.

This link is taken off a similar thread a few threads down. It might be able to answer your questions. I took a quick browse when i saw the link, so it should be able to.

Flecthing time?
So about 1600 an hour you can fletch then. (They must have sped it up :? ). If you'd like to know how many you could fletch and string, i'd say, given 1k to fletch takes 35 minutes, and to string i'd say about 20 minutes, about 1100 give-or-take.

What's the least expensive f2p rare?
what report, I HAVE a REAL picture of a guy with 10(yes 10, he was level 126 btw), it was in game he traded me and showed me it, I quickly took screeny and said wow I'll post it tomarrow because I only got 1 hour left on computer and I need to get some more alcs down. Based on the amount of Crackers released in the drop, and those of the Party-hats in circulation, you can derive a slight estimate on how many are left... I got this from a source on the Offical Forum, so im not saying it is right.

Flecthing time?
I can string 2600 Bows and hour when i concentrate. I could only fletch about 1200, if that, an hour. There is nothing you can do to speed this up. From my 16200000xp worth of fletching, i have only ever been able to string 3000 at the MOST. If people say they can do 4000, i'd say they're lieing... It really is not possible to surpass 3000. If you insist on cutting and stringing the bows, i'd say you'd only be able to do about 800 an hour... But i did hear a rumour they've slightly sped up the fletching speed, so this may vary. Personally, if you want quick Xp and money, buy (U) Yew longs and string them. :

training mage
First, do not bump threads... Espeically after 30minutes. Secondly, logically as you said you dont care about money, use the highest possible spell... Cammy teleport till 55 then use Alch to 60...

What's the least expensive f2p rare?
Sorry, i thought it was most expensive. Least expensive F2p rare is Easter 9-9.2M. Theres load of Easters, but not many Crackers. Last reports estimate about 35 left.

Pc or regular ranging?
Constructive input if you please... On topic: I didn't find Pest Control worth it untill about 55 Range, as you rarely get the Zeal needed for a point. 40-55 takes only about three days in the Security Stronghold using a Bow and just Iron arrows. After 55, then i would suggest going to Pest Control. However, if you plan to melee at Pest Control and use the points on range, i guess it really doesn't matter... It would just probably take alot longer. I'd suggest using Monsters till 55-60, then Pest Control for the last 10-15 levels.

Is that a World Switcher? If yes, they're not allowed by Runescape anyway...

Ape Atoll dungeon (like you said). Problem with that is you need atleast 43 pray and a good deal of pray potions. To limit the use, i'd advise you wear a Monk Robe top, Fremmy Isles Helm and the rest Dragon Hide. If you want, you could swap glory for a fury or a Holy ammy, and use a Zammy pray book. Also, i hear there is a type of Wrench from a quest which increases the amount of points gained per potion. I hear, on a good hour, you can make nearly 250k xp on the right spot... I made not even 70k at pest Pc.

Bird egg
im sorry but thats a horrible idea in the sense that the idea of having horses in RS was shot down ages ago so why would they incorporate flying dragons...but who knows what jagex will do these days besides butcher RS even more I meant in such a way you can travel with them from depot-depot... Much like a Glider... There is a posibility you could interact with them like you can with a cat, eg. Baby - Daddy Dragon - And the more it grows, the further it could fly... Its just an idea.
