  2. How do you kill them? Everytime i try, they avoid the hit and say"can't hit me!"
  3. Goths and Emos need to grow up. All they do is complain about life and parents, etc, when most of these kids live in wealthy suburbs. Me and my friends actually asked this kid if he thought he was worse off then the people in North Korea. His response was "whats North Korea?" Then he was on vacation in Puerto Rico for two weeks. When he came back, we asked him how it was and he said it was terrible because he couldn't find any decent drugs. I think all emos and goths should be stuck in a room, have the door locked, and be forced to listen to 60s and 70s music.
  4. sligo if all you're gonna post is ur idea, then make ur own thread
  5. I think Jon Stewart said it best. "Kudos to Congress for, basicly taking a giant s@!# on the poor people" Also, the 27th Ammendment says that if Congress votes themselves a pay raise, it doesn't go into effect until the next election. That's probably why they're doing it now.
  6. This is an anti-begging measure. Not an anti-merchenting measure. How is having a bank sale annoying?
  7. that wouldnt work because what if someone was having a bank sale, or something similer?
  8. read "The Third World War" by Humphrey Hawksley. It's extremely realistic and scary, and I think that if the current situation escalates much more, it could happen.
  9. not the f2p fletching or forums, but other than that, ya
  10. It seems today that there is an influx of new players that endlessly beg from higher-leveled players. They follow you around and make you want to do this :wall:. You can always just put them on your ignore this, but wouldn't you prefer that they didn't beg in the first place? That's why I'm proposing a new instructer on Tutorial Island, called the Begger. He looks similer to the Tramp in Varrock; dirty and poor. When you talk to him, he asks for free money. You respond with, "no", and he sighs. Then you say to yourself, "I guess I better not beg on the mainland. It doesn't work and just makes you look like a fool." That's it. It's not much, but it might stop some newer players from begging, which helps them, and you!
  11. I have seen pictures of maps of cities and towns, etc that people are suggesting. How do you make these fake maps?
  12. Have you ever been walking along, when a player starts following you, asking you for free stuff, and generally driving you insane? Or maybe an oh-so-high n' mighty player calls you a noob over and over again? Almost all of us have gone through situations like this. You could always put them on your ignore list, or switch worlds. But don't you want them to be punished, and make sure they never do it again? Well then, I present to you, Rule #16, or the Anti-Harrasment Rule. It reads: You may not continually harras a fellow player, through any means, if they clearly ask you to stop the harrasment. This doesn't give you a black mark, or get you muted for your first two offenses for this rule. They simply get a warning from Jagex. This should be sufficiant to stop most beggers, etc. On the third offense, a black mark. Fourth offense, another black mark and a 3-day mute. And so on and so forth. If you don't agree with this, then check out my other thread, called ~~
  13. I support, I don't know why Jagex hasn't done this yet. BTW: nice pictures.
