No, but don't smelt iron in F2P. You're losing 100gp per ore you lose, which is serious money drainage. Try to find a member friend who will swap you iron bars for your iron ores, gold bars and rubies. If you supply the material, you could get your iron bars.

Do Slayer all the way, you won't regret it. Why chose Slayer over fast training such as PC or Experiements? With Slayer, you level 3 skills at once (using melee) Slayer, Attack, and HP. You get awesome drops exclusive to certain Slayer monsters. You get lots of variation in your training. With Slayer, you tend to get ace loot, including clues, meaning more reward. Experiments, Rock crabs, PC - ZzzzZzzz, how can you not feel like shooting yourself after 10 minutes? The immature grunts that train there will annoy you, and getting bones as drops doesn't sound very appealing. Enjoy yourself, train Slayer. :D

These are well worth the investment. They are dropped every now and then by the level 58 slayer monster, Cave Horror. The market price is around 400-500k. When dropped, it has 10 charges, these charges trigger randomly, when meleeing your slayer opponent. They reduce the beasts defence randomly by a margin of 15-20%. Once the charges have depleted (there is currently no way to charge them), you still have the bonus of permanent super attack and strength (15% in both added). Potions stack with the Black mask but the Slave amulet (e) doesn't.

I completed MEP2 the other day, it took me 5 hours of gruelling confuzzleness. It's easier to just borrow a death tally from a friend, I did that, if I ever do craft deaths, it'll be via the Abyss so I have no need to buy a talisman. The quest is extreamly difficult and very long. If you want to get door 1-6 done in 1 trip, bring Initiate/Proselyte to pray against the level 77 Shadows, around 6 Prayer potions/super resotres, a Holy Wrench, some Agility pots, some good healing food for when you fail the agility objects and all the other quest essentials you need, e.g mourners outfit. Ah thanks, looks like I got a good deal then. I checked on a price guide and it said 200k-400k, but I thought that was for the coloured ones. So I looked on a thread and people were selling for 1.5mil. :shock: My buyer said the price had gone down, but I was suspicious. :|

Yum. I voted slayer for fav skill, and Firemaking for improvement. Jagex are going to look at peoples fav skills as the ones that don't need updates. I hope Jagex don't release that new skill too soon, I'm still getting to grips with Hunter. :?

I don't think so. I've considered it in the past, but I prefer to enjoy skills and level them to the level I want rather than slave at rogue's den fire for 3 weeks cooking lobs, or stringing bows until my hand falls off. It isn't what I want to do.
