Eh...Bandos tank would require 90 Def, 80 pray, 69 Summoning... Pretty much every tank requires these skills

The spec gives less defence boost, but it heals HP, about 20 HP, or can be less if you reach your max too soon (Using spec at 60/70 HP, would only heal 10, cause your max is 70)

1) Up to you, slow to kill but good crimsons and XP 2) Why did you ban them? They are one of the best sources of crimsons charms in the game 3) Well, up to you, if you want to buy other armor and such, stop cannoing, if you don't have anything else to do with your cash, then cannon
