I took a break from Fallout 3 (put in about 48 hours now) and started Assassin's Creed 2. It's a huge improvement from the original. I'm having a blast just running around the cities and doing the various side missions. I'm halfway through the main story.

Steve, it's COD. It will never be abandoned. :P I'm sure it's some other issue. I can garantee that there are thousands of people playing on the PS3 version right now.

Air combat could get pretty intense during bad company 1. I remember trying to outfly pilots while dodging AA guns. I hope they have fine tuned the helicopters to make them a bit easier to control. Sometimes your helicopter would start spinning all over the place at the slightest nudge. To Mazemeout I also had strict parents. It wasn't until I turned 17 until I was able to purchase any M game I wanted. They only started to let me buy M games at 16, and only with their approval.

It is rated M. For violence, blood, and language I think.

Family settings don't work either. I have everything allowed. It goes by your windows live account age. They restrict M and NR downloads until you are 18.

Apparantly a demo is available for the Xbox 360 version as well now. I can't download it though, as I'm not 18 yet. :(

Plus the fact that another responsibility is added to the moderators/administrators. We want to enjoy our time on the forums. The issues we deal with now keep us pretty occupied. Having to deal with reputation on a per person basis would require massive effort on the moderators/administrators part.

I'm sure I can speak for all of us on the moderating team when I say that I don't want to sift through threads reading why people downed another's reputation. It would distract moderators and admins from more pressing matters. Just think of how many threads would be created. We don't have the time, nor the will, to approve or disapprove reasons why someone downed another's reputation. On the subject of a test run, I'm going to have to disagree. The sustem won't work at all. You'll just see people max out their reputation with the help of other user's. The whole point is that a higher reputation would mean a more trusted user, but if someone can just max out their reputation with the help of a few other user's it serves no purpose. Plus, it will create some elitism from the user's who have achieved a full reputation bar. Test it if you must, but I am pretty sure the system will fail as it will be abused too much to be effective.

Since the xbox 360 doesn't have God of War, it seems appropriate that we get a game similar to it. I like that Visceral studios are developing it. I want them to have another solid game after Dead Space.

I haven't even played since this care package glitch has started sweeping through. I have too many other games to play.

I'm sure they will put a demo on the PS3 and 360 before the release of the game. I'm unsure of any upcoming beta's, besides the PC beta.

The australian version got neutered. That's the only way to put it.

This system could be abused fairly easily. Say a user has an issue with another user. What's to stop them from lowering the reputation of the person that they had a disagreement with? What if they got their friends to drop the reputation as well? People can also have their friends boost their reputation for no reason. I see no reason to have this. The forum works fine without a reputation system. We don't need to have on implemented.

Aside from dedicated servers what are the other PC-only features, you know? It's sad that we have to use the idea of dedicated servers as a marketing tool now though, lol. Still happy to have them though. Dedicated servers are a big feature though. I love being able to pick my own server to play on. Especially if I'm feeling like playing with specific rules (like knife fights) or on a specific map. The PC version has been given specific attention to provide the best experience. I also thought that the PC version would support 64 players, but after looking into it, it turns out that it only supports 32 players.

I only have access to playing it on the xbox 360, so I will miss out on all of the PC only features. :angry: Either version will be awesome though. :thumbup: DICE know's how to make great games.

Hell, Washington tried to avoid a two-party system. In his farewell address he warned of the effects of a two party system, but the country was already headed in that direction when John Adams took over the presidency. Bills were never meant to be rushed through Congress. The Health Care debate needs to be debated until each side can agree on it, rather than forcing legislation through as fast as they can while they have the numbers.
