All it means is you've been unbanned but you've still got the 1.0 black marks for breaking the rule. It's nothing unusual, I've got 3.5 and had it at 10.0 4 times. Everytime you break a rule it goes to 10.0 before you can log back in to make sure you check your messages Samari81

I've never heard of anyone completing 99 Runecrafting F2P I think that'd be to much. there's all the possible ways

I used air runes from 30-52. It's taken time but it's the most basic route and they're easiest to get rid of. If not, I'd also suggest fire runes. Best of luck Samari
