As, I've determine that those who haven't used their oil wisely are close to running out. I expect to see several of these signs will to be posted in several countries in the up coming months. This will hinder some countries such as their production of their stuff, military programs, and how their people go about their every day business. I will try to work with the NWO somehow. One of the things differently that I've done is that I've only sold oil to one nation. What have other people doing with their oil in this game? Different projects. Programs. Etc. HOWEVER, the people in the countries stayed the same. Did they not, unless we said a change happen? So you're going to tell me that now that the people in your countries doesn't consume that much oil, now? That in months, they changed their habit of how much oil they consume? There's only like 3 major oil suppliers now. Russia (who I think only sells to Europa), Aether (don't know how much they have left considering the mass production of exo-suits and drones), and Me (who still has plenty.) I refuse to believe you're going to a lot of oil left Doom. Selling those spaceships for money doesn't automatically just get you oil. Sure you might have money, but do you have an oil supplier who still has a lot of oil?

You can start with your spaceship program (a lot of space ships apparently) and the vast oil consumption of Central and South America. LOL? So you bought a lot of oil and reserved it early on? From who NOPEC? They had some oil, but by judging how you have handle your oil reservoir and the consumption of the Central and South Africa.
