really? back in march when i did the quest he didnt do that

they all are lv 60 and in his 4th form he hits you so fast even high lvs have problems with him

the mining is to clear a rock, the herblore is to make a slime that will let you catch lava eels, the fishing and cooking are for fishing and cooking the eel

you only have to reach his 4th form to recieve recognition... and you cant use weps or armor but u could use rings of recoil to quickly kill the 4th form

they are in their houses but they are lv 48 and koshei is a lot worse trust me, i did the quest at lv 60 and koshei owned me at the 4th form and i had a full inv of lobs too

when i did it i had the following stuff equipped... full rune(chain) and antifire shield rune long power ammy in inventory only lobs when you enter the main room with elvarg, on ur immediate left is a gap where elvarg cant enter, that might be ur safespot unless he throws fireballs at you... I was lv 45 and i defeated him... you can do it... hit and run!
