  1. How is it official if no one goes? :? PS - Hey Spongebob, where's Patrick? people do go, but its like 10vs10 MAX on peak hours and around 2vs2 on non-peak hours. so yes, it is official, because its the only world ANYONE plays TB on, it just isn't enough to have good games.
  2. BAM Cook X BAM Gilded Altar BAM Pest Control BAM Pyramid Plunder BAM Abyss BAM Granite Mining BAM Dragon Woodcutting Axe Can't forget about Fletch X. Fletch X came out late 2004 (sept i think?) Edit: oh and on the same day craft x came out for d-hides http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?t=76358 I tried the rabbits foot out yesterday, seemed to make a small, but somewhat insignificant difference. Ill still use it anyway though.. just like the RoW.
  3. Use lobsters or swordfish, you get more HP in one bite which you WILL need at your lvl. Elvarg will own you... you will probably use up all of your food.
  4. I have to partially disagree with that chris. Most members are easily 70+ combat... the low lvl "majority" are f2p who have no updates at all so this doesn't really impact them AT ALL. And as for my comment being arbitrary, yours can be considered arbitrary as well (hipocritical?) when I atleast backed up mine with the quest thing. When that poll was put on on RS main site a majority of ppl had a lot of quests incomplete probably because they are low lvl boring quests. And new updates barely attract new playes... im sure gertrudes cat or rat catchers really attracted new players - NOT. Nobody that looks at a new game sees a "noob" update and automatically sais "omg I want to do that!" no, its things like construction (which high lvls can use) and skills like slayer (which high lvls can use) that attract new players.
  5. I agree 100%. Lower Levels have PLENTY to keep them satisfied, they have 10x more content to do as a lower level than I did when I was a lower lvl in classic. They don't need anymore! I think just the fact that so many people don't have max quest points proves this point further because all these "noob" quests get really boring over time with their junk rewards. Everything in combat seems to stop around lvl 70... lvl 70 is only 700-800k xp? (someone correct me on that, all i know is 1m xp is mid 73) and that isn't even 1/13th of the way to 99! For that other 12-12.5m xp you are using the same equip... zzzZZZ boring! High lvls need more updates jagex. We also need quests that we can actually die doing and take weeks to complete (without a guide, of-course).
  6. I started listening to the sounds while training so I know when to go back to the screen if I am browsing forums or something while playing. But as for the music... Hell no. The music is crap.
  7. Nice find  I wonder if he made that account after knowing about HYT from these forums. Maybe he is a tip.iter, just on a pure account.
  8. You should really be more careful where you put your email. I have NEVER gotten a fake email, and there is no reason you ever should unless you sign up for some random crap or display your email on runescape websites/forums (which isn't really a good idea).
  9. I dont think pouches fit logs  Pouches wouldn't do anything... especially considering logs/planks takes up all your invent space..
  10. Yes, you can use the abyss to get there, but there is absolutely no advantage in doing so. You will even be skulled so it will raise the risk to fight the tree spirit. No - you can not take weapons through the abyss.
  11. It would be good to post whether you are F2P or P2P and maybe post your stats.
  12. Willows are indeed the fastest, but if you want to make money, go for yews. I personally can't stand cutting one type of tree for long periods of time so I switch around between willows and yews.
