Why shouldn't Evolution be taught in a science class? Would you be offended it the church wasn't allowed to teach Creationism? We should be exposed to more points of views and be open minded about it instead of censoring education.

I thought similar, but does only the church own the term 'marriage' and the rights and benefits that go with it?

I kinda agree with you. I'm not against gays doing whatever it is they like to do, but it's unfair for them to expect the church to marry them. It's like a black person complaining he can't get membership in the Klan. (That analogy is probably not the most perfect one but I hope you know what I meant.)

I'm 100% for mandatory vaccinations. For those of you using the 'natural selection' argument, do you think your genes are so superior that you could have survived eradicated diseases (thanks to vaccinations) like small pox or anthrax?

I hope India can keep this form going in the ODI series too. We were pretty inconsistent in the recent Sri Lanka series although we beat them in the ODIs 3-2.

Not trying to flame here, but what's wrong with hunting? Hunted animals are often eaten. If you meant hunting as in killing elephants just for their ivory or cases like that I agree with you.

Who saw Geovanni's freekick against Tottenham? Stunning to say the least. :shock: Woot! Another Liverpool win, which was a great game btw. I'm pleasantly surprised with their start this season. :)

My mom was diagnosed with breast cancer a couple years ago. Luckily she found it and got it checked in its early stages. Worst thing though was the chemo. She looked so drained after the sessions and had to be wheel chaired to the car a few times. She's fine now apart from the side effects of the cancer meds. Her cancer was hormone dependent so she has to take pills for that which give her temporary osteoporosis. Anyway she is about half way done with that, 2-3 more years to go. My great aunt wasn't so lucky. She found out about her breast cancer at stage 3. They removed it but it's useless now since the cancer has spread to her lungs and bones. I saw her a couple weeks ago. She looked so terrible. She had lost all her weight and is basically skin and bones and as if that isn't enough the wound left behind by the surgery is constantly oozing. I think the doctors said she had less than a year left. What a painful, slow way to die. :(

Although I'm a Liverpool supporter I don't think they can win the title this year, at least they're getting the points atm. I'm waiting for the Keane-Torres connection pay off. :D Chelsea are playing the best right now imo and I think they'll win league though it's probably still too early to say. Hopefully it'll be a close race to the title like last year.
