Yes, they can be used as a regular lantern. I use my sapp lantern in the Lumby dungeon all the time.

From what I've heard, they're great for barrows as they can hit pretty high with cheap ammo. Besides that, I can't think of anything.

When using a magical gem for slayer assignments, your player turns in the direction of the slayer master, as if you just clicked on them. For instance, when I click my gem in the fire giants waterfall, I turn south-east because that's where Chaedler is.

I was having a bad day once, so I turned Lunar Magics on, went into Varrock West Bank, and cast Tele-group Waterbrith Isle. Being the newbies that they were, about 5-10 of them clicked "accept". I just abandond them there, and they had no idea where they were. Now I feel bad. What's the meanest thing you people have done?

How long is it between when I drop something and when it shows up for others. On my other (now locked) thread, one person said 60 seconds. Can anyone confirm this?
