ZTP is a great game, but I can't get past the second dungeon. #-o I'm running around on the top of the big gear room, and all the doors are either locked/unopenable and I can't find anything to do. :(

Since you on a different time zone than Jagex is, Jagex's "later day" could be 2am for you, because of the difference. Just check every couple hours in the your Quest Journal whether you can go back yet.

Neither armour nor defence effect at all how high the person hits. It determines whether you hit or not, it's all chance after that. As to magic and range, I'm 99% sure the level affects how often you are hit, but not how much you are hit for, just like armour/defence.

Oh, and after you've upequipted it once on F2P, it becomes a "Member's Item" in your inventory and you can no longer equipt it anymore.

I've already tried using the cleaning cloth on it (karamja rum + silk) and it didn't work. I don't think there's any way to unpaint it. I just alched mine :P

I think fishing would be a better option for you. It's steadier money than WC and you can gain good money from lvl 40+, unlike WC where you need 65+ to get into the big bucks.

I'm doing the ratcatchers quest, and my kitten is so bad at catching rats that when I scroll up my chat window, every line is either "Go on puss, kill the rat!" or "The rat manages to escape." THE ENTIRE DIALOGUE BOX FROM TOP TO BOTTOM ARE THOSE TWO MESSAGES. What am I doing wrong, there's no way i would fail this many times in a row without one successful catch.

Nice work on the fishing + mining + cooking. Get that fm to 99 though, the cape is suppa-hawt.

Killing rock slimes in Lumbridge swamp are quick and easy. But you only get one or two tar per kill. I get a nice chunk whenever I Burthrope a slayer task and get them.

That doesn't do anything, If he has a day at 89% approval, he will get less approval then if he has 100% approval the entire time. Your approval when you collect doesn't have anything to do with your resources.

The mines are at the complete opposite end of the tunnels from the RFD chest. I personally mine iron at Al Kharid, tele to cwars using a dueling ring, tele back, and then go mine some more. Maybe not the most cost efficient, but it's certainly fast.

25 bars per trip / 5 bars per plate = 5 plates per trip. 1000 bars/ 25 bars per trip = 40 trips. Time one trip to the anvil and back and multiply that by 40. Ta-da.
