Go through the Shantay Pass and run to the east until you come to a well which you will need to use 1 rope on. Go down the lair and walk through the whole dungeon. From the rope walk to the right, then go a bit north and take the turn to the west. Keep walking the path and you'll have to make a few more 180 degree turns through the dungeon, keep following the path. You will come past a small room with level 89 Kalphites. Don't go in there, just keep following the path until you reach a corner to the north. There is another small room with 2 Kalphite Guardians. Wait behind the corner and pot up. I recommend putting your prayers on too (Magic protection, Piety, and I recommend item protection to.). Use the second rope on the well and go down. The queen is mostly located just a bit to the west in the southwest corner, but she can be at all places in the lair.
