Lucozade should not be used to replace the fluid lost when suffering from diahorrea :mrgreen: On another note, if you are taking reasonably heavy exercise and think you need an energy drink, choose Gatorade. That's the only drink with the correct balance of sugars to actually act as an energy supplement.

West Ham sign Tevez & Mascherano I'm gobsmacked :shock: How in the world have they pulled off this major coup? Those players, Argentina's finest along with Messi, could have had their choosing of any major European club. I'm glad Liverpool have just played West Ham!

Stand up for it. Not that the topic of conversation frequently drifts to RuneScape, but when it does, I mention I play(ed). Why would I be ashamed? If that's someone's biggest guilty pleasure, they've lived one boring life. I am what I am, and I am (was) a RuneScape player. -
