    Football!

It will be good, but it will never be Anfield. We really need a larger stadium though, Anfield is literally sitting on terrace houses at the moment, so can't be made any bigger. There's no other ground in the country which has full gates week in, week out like us. Against Haifa, a nothing game, and last year against TNS and Sofia etc. we had full houses. Don't worry, we'll bring the atmosphere to the new ground. Just listen to us at the Millenium stadium ;) Highest decibal register at a sport's ground FTW!
  2. Anyone can play the drums, but it takes a lot of skill to play them well.

    Football!

I've already seen people put Everton shirts under Stanley Park...and other people digging them back up!

    Football!

Heaven forbid the league will be a competition this year.
  5. Hey, well done mate! Look forward to reading them :)
  6. Is this a rip-off of "RuneScape: A reality", or is it actually one of those episodes?
  7. To follow up on my comment, I'd like to ask the readers of the times whether they would prefer 1 very good, topic-specific article every 2 or 3 weeks or so, rather than the 'need', it seems, to supply an article every week? It comes down to the old saying of "quantity vs. quality" and I know what I'd vote for.

    Football!

Luque had a reputation in Spain for being a play-acting sulker, who plays inconsistently, gets injured far too often and turns up late for training. So far, I'd say he's living up to his reputation quite well.

    WWE!

World Wrestling Entertainment. Rhetorical question #-o
  10. That celebrity wrestling show they had on ITV, with D-lo Brown and some other chump. I miss that :(
  11. I nominate this lamb to the slaughter house.
  12. He's gone off the boil a lot, but some of the stuff he made between his 1st and 2nd big albums was absolutely brilliant.

    Football!

With a youth infastructure, much greater resources and a stadium that seats at least double of the nearest league rival, I'd say it's about time. :|
  14. Since when has tip.it times stopped being articles and morphed into a blog? I mean, nicely written and all, but it's way too bloggish. It's not tackling an issue that concerns all and in no way does it invite others into it. It's just "The Ed thinks this, Ed thinks that". Sorry, but this is what I'd politely call "A filler" :|
  15. And before you go "OMG liek Wiki can be edit3d by evety1z", it's well known that Andrew himself helped to write a large part of the wiki.

I think it's a brilliant signing, Phil. Inter must be mad, he's better than Zlatan and Crespo put together. He's quicker than Owen (quicker than Henry) and, while I don't think he'll get 25+ goals, he'll put Newcy into Europe.

    Vitamin Water

That isn't juice, smeghead - it's squash/cordial. Oh strike me down, Mr. Technical! You and your technical...technicalities!

    real life?

Meh, I prefer the "If you were Dutch/Russian/Spanish etc., what would your name be" drunkscussion Daan :P
  19. Serves him right! Who does he think he is, claiming he's the planet furthest from the Sun, before barging inside Neptune's orbit! Good riddance to bad planets.
  20. Yeah, I think I'm just being pessimistic. I hope that's the outcome, the one you mentioned.

Watch Keane come out of retirement now. "Attention, attention! I need attention!"
  22. Without doubt, what you did was extremely nice and you handled it superbly, for that I applaud you. But there's something about this thread's concept I don't like... It's the idea of promoting yourself as this saint, when I know there are people here who are not, myself included. Talking about all the nice things you done, it just sounds like (to me) promoting your philanthropy, which shouldn't be why you do nice things. A nice thing, in my opinion, is something out of the ordinary you wouldn't hesitate to do again, regardless if anyone knows about it. To end my post on a positive note, that was some fine work you did there, Kayla. I'm glad the father found his boy and regardless whether he would have found him eventually, you definately definately definately helped :)
  23. Well your righting this, arn't you on the computer? Woah there Einstein! Did you check to see when he wrote it? Don't get ahead of yourself now and add another of your quotes to your selection. :wall:
