I just watched Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves while thinking: What makes a good bad guy? Now I have the answer: Alan Rickman :P He really is brilliant in this film. He's dispicably evil, and yet you love him for it! His charisma shines through his humour so well, particularly the way he enaunciates the lines during the wedding, where is patience has been tried for the final time. While being so funny and charismatic, you still find him very believable as a character, which I think is a great bit of method acting. Although, he manages the brilliantly drawn out, exaggerated, dramatic death. So that's evil, charismatic, a good death - What makes your perfect bad guy? :D Bubsa said: Evil, Charismatic, A Good Death tintmangbpack said: Distinctive physical attribute/deformity. Hadn't considered this, good point! - Bubs Captaingoodguy said: Intelligent and manipulative. assassin_696 said: Deep voice, intense eyes, ability to build rapport with you when you know you shouldn't.
