well it takes an hour or 2 if you start from scratch...but i made this one a while ago so it only took me 30 mins to edit it a lill bit and add your name in..sample comes off if you buy ;)

dude you can LEGALY download quite alot of good programs...there's 30 day trials on PSP7 and PSP8 and you can download the Gimp for free...

correct me if i'm wrong but i think he did ask for permision... he posted a topic where people could post their sigs that they wanted to be advertised on his site...
