How do you know how much you have and how long does it take to replenish? I used my prayer book to see what the different preaches say, and then it said i didn't have enough special energy to preach after i used them all, but i cant figure out how much i have

they grow at the same rate for me, i dont notice a difference

they will grow like they would if your logged on, they are still prone to disease but it doesn't delay the growing time

i did monkey madness at level 50 range with no problems, it was extremely easy, just pray from mage and fire away.

i used barbarians to 40, then i killed mosses to 58, didn't take too long

start off with doing some quests, leveling up member skills, and then for a low level money maker, you can pick flax and spin into bow strings (10 crafting needed) or mine pure essence (30 mining needed)

RFD unlocks the barrows gloves as you asked in your first post, i dont know what wauest is, but other than those core ones, you might want to do Legends.
