I found the EXP/Level Formula!
Don't care if this was posted before: http://maddogcarter.com/phil/runescape/xpformula.html (Around level 120 you hit 100M experience. 200M experience is 8M shy of levle 127, which means 126 is the current experience cap.)

if i remove my glory from the wall, will i get it back?
Even though there's a question board for such questions here, you do not lose your glory. The KB will back me up on that.

27 June 2006 Tweaks and Bugfixes
So they're finally fixing things. About time. I'd guess today is one of the better days to go and post as many bugs ingame as I see...

ancint magicks unfair?
You say they always beat you or they're overpowered? Let's see. RuneScape high scores say you're level 60 in defense and 71 in magic. They're high, but not high enough to deal with ancient spells. If you don't like it, DON'T GO INTO THE WILD AND TRAIN ON GREEN DRAGONS. Level your defense/magic while you're at it, too.

is the dragon chain really anything special anymore?
The chain has its uses. It completes the set of full Dragon. It offers crush resistances, something which the barrows armours couldn't do. It's also stylish. If I had the choice I would definitely spend the 20M on a chain just 'cause I can. I don't care about being efficient; if I wanted to be efficient I would spend substantially less. This is pursuit of happiness, and the chain would make my day.

OH MY GOD
I think this is why you're getting flamed so much: That only leaves APATHY, naturally. But hey, welcome to the world of defense. You'll learn to like it. And yes, Rune pures do work out rather well if done right. I don't know how to do Rune Pures, but I've heard tales of them doing better.

Thieving - Immoral?
So, killing defenseless men, women, unarmed cows, people in the wilderness, and cooking fish isn't immoral, yet 'Thieving' is. ^ Do you see the parallel there? If you don't like it don't do it.

Whats this now?!
Don't you know that you can enter ANYTHING in that little text field upon Windows XP installation? Heck, I even have my own 'custom' entry there, too.

Durial's interview gives 'scapers a bad rap
You see, I think you missed the fine print. I demand my bubble back.

Introduce Rares an unfair Advantage?
Rares can't be an unfair advantage. Only the people that wanted it made it unfair by paying exorbient prices for it.

Durial's interview gives 'scapers a bad rap
That's all that he needed to do, really. Besides, the largest massacres have always plagued historian books since the Pyramids... [i'm still waiting for the bubble to burst, by the by.]

Durial's interview gives 'scapers a bad rap
Hey, don't you know that intelligence is subjective to one's perspective? Uh, you've never seen a pre-Wilderness RuneScape? Silverion is absolutely right. [i believe that] all the staff wanted to do was dispel some of the rumours and clear up the confusion on the topic. However, no one has given you the right to pass judgement on a closed case. Speak for yourself. You cannot pin me with the group that would go on a killing spree. Maybe they were friends. Maybe they were close. Maybe they knew each other. You can't blame anyone for that. And the professional thingâââ‰â¬

What Would You Do? W111 Massacre
I cannot believe my eyes. I simply cannot. They MUST be lying to me. No one here would do the right thing. Oh well, just proves how materialistic we all are. At any rate, I'd probably log off, report this bug to Jagex and tell them they've made a HUGE error before a lot of feelings were hurt. Oh, and I wouldn't call attention to the 'Devil's Day' as much as others are. I don't think that '666' is 6/6/06. Maybe the year 666 was a bad omen, but I doubt it. (It also happend on 6/5/06 for me, so yeah.)

Death to the Healers!!! !!
A few things that I feel must be addressed... 1. You made it all the way to TzTok-Jad in the Fight Caves. That's quite a feat. Don't expect anything on the first try, but give it your all. 2. You do not require Guthan to do Fight Caves, it just makes it easier at a MUCH higher expense. 3. (If you think about the time you've spent trying to get far enough to challenge TzTok-Jad in the Fight Caves, you'd realise it was much, MUCH more than just two hours wasted, my friend.)

Durial's interview gives 'scapers a bad rap
He did make gaming history. He's the first player in 2006 to ever PK anyone outside of the Wilderness. He would be upset that his account was locked, irrespective of what he did wrong. (Why do you think you see all of these 'Banned for no reason' threads on the boards anyway?) I don't know The Rat's stance on this situation, nor do I know their relationship with Durial, nor do I wish to. Maybe they were trying to cheer The Rat up; maybe it was filler. I don't want to debate over little stuff like that; what was said was said. PKers are always looking for an advantage. Some of them wouldn't PK outside of wild. Some. If you realise that he has to atone for his actions, why are you adding another mountain of hatred and guilt on top of that? What's done is done. Rares can be re-earned. Items can be reobtained. Nothing was seriously wounded aside from pixels, maybe a few egos, but that's about it. Durial earned a ban, and that's more than enough justice for me. You didn't need to go and yell at the poor guy. He's been yelled at plenty. One more thing: I don't see how this gives ALL players of RuneScape a 'bad rap'. One player, maybe; an entire gaming community...That's both ludicrous and prejudice.

Time for rares to go
I decided to stop reading after you said "less than a year and a half". You just don't know where these so-called 'rares' are coming from. Listen. Jagex wanted to award their players with a bit of a treat, so they dropped these things, such as Christmas Crackers, Masks, Santa Hats and so forth. NO ONE anticipated that they'd become the object of absolute greed and a status of wealth, so Jagex made the new ones untradeable. Don't try to think that rares are the bane of society; the lust towards rares is.
-
if jagex doesnt have a reset if proves they care nothing for
It IS a company after all. Besides, didn't you read that little fine print that comes with signing up on an account? Is it MANDATORY for them to rollback their servers just because you lost ONE partyhat, and thousands of others may have done COUNTLESS other things? Yeah, nothing wrong with that. The people that were around in the beginning deserved to have one since they were initally gifts. If you've earned it the first time, you can earn it the second time. Uh, they HAVE owned up to it, as far as I know. Lookie, lookie, a Rants' sticky in their own forums. If you want to quit, I'll hold the door open for you. Go ahead, leave. You don't need to play if all you're cared about is every little detail. They apologized; no one knew that this could happen, but you're going to blame Jagex for not rolling back? How unjust. By the way, I'd love to see you try to talk to over 500,000 players at once in the name of being a good company. It's not as easy as it looks.

Of Runescape and its Comparison to Real Life
There is no connection between RuneScape and real life (from what you think it is). This is because all religions are different in the number of dieties that there are, such as Christians only having one, and RuneScape having three. There is absolutely no comparison on those levels unless your imagination was forcing it.

All Updates Stop!!- what would you do next?
If updates stopped occuring, then three key events would happen. 1. The members who believe that they are entitled to an update every week will flood the 'Rants' section of the forums. 2. General acceptance amongst the community will occur when people realize that they have time to finally 'mine that 10k gold'. 3. A vast majority of the RS populus would leave. That's good too; I'm sure that the players could make good use of the freed up bandwidth.

Jagex possibly only listens to high levelers...
So you felt antagonised and decided to retaliate with such colourful language? Let me let you in on a little trick. There's a red button near the bottom of the screen, it's a red frowny face in fact. It's called the IGNORE button. Use the IGNORE button instead of listening to immature people and having them get you in trouble, okay? Okay. The fact that he was a 'high level' doesn't mean a damn thing. It only means he was a high level.

Let's clarify a few things :) - Mea culpa!
I'm almost certain that a lot of people are disappointed in your use of something you did not earn to gain profit. It was against the rules, you knew it, you still did it even though you may have realised your mistake. Not enough to save your account. Yet you actually came forward with the truth. Even though what I think you did was utterly low/stupid/etc., you at least had the guts to come forward with it. For that, I do wish you luck in real life.

Possible idea for yews
So, the majority of you are willing to grab a shoe to kill an annoying gnat on your loved one's forehead. Sure, you kill the gnat, but leave a nasty gash on the aforementioned's forehead... I don't agree with dividing up Yew trees. Although it may be in the best interests of the game, it could potentially ruin things such as skill pures on freeplay (not that I've heard of any, but you never know), or those that lost members for a while and they've nothing else to do but cut Yews (happened to me before).
-
Merchanting...a True Skill?
This is because it doesn't appear on the skills list. You gain no experience from it, therefore by definition of the game it can't be a skill.
-
Play owned houses sooner than u think proof too!
They promised POH and Carpentry back in RS1. They even put it on the skills list. (Replaced later by Agility) They promised POH and Carpentry at the start of RS2. They even put it on the updates list. (Still not fullfilled) They promised POH and Carpenty last December. They even put it in their update list/queue. (Last I checked my calendar, it was May) I'm sorry, but I'm thoroughly sick and tired of empty promises and people that wish to cling on to such ideologies. Granted, I know how hard it could be to write a Java game as complex as this, but you don't need to go around promising stuff you can't create to people that desire it for a long time. Just because they're also letting you sit down doesn't necessarily mean player owned houses̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Ã

Um? Jagex is doing a great job at banning autoers! look!
Faults in the system. When someone builds a fence, someone else is always going to try to climb it. All you can do at this point is just report and be done with it. There's no definite way to rid the world of all the loopholes and bugs with a Java-based game. (Consider the source.) Jagex is trying their hardest to rid the game of the unwanted and undesirables that ruin the game for the rest of you. So don't whine about it when they miss a few things. (And yes, they WILL catch this eventually.) What, and overpower the powers of a Player Moderator? Truthfully, they don't have to help anyone with autoers, but they do anyway. That idea is just silly, you'd be giving them reason to think everyone [that has Public Chat off and is just chopping trees without really paying attention to conversation] is an autoer.
