After running some tests in rune and dragon along with dragonhide I noticed their was no change just my luck was poor. I am back to getting around 10k xp per bones to peach cast now :) sorry for taking up some of your time guys. Also keep in mind I never said they were actually nerfed/changed I just said that possibly they were since I seemed to be getting hit more. O well problems solved discussion = over :D

my biggest loss was 15.5m staking, my worst emotional loss was when i lost my highway man mask that i owned since i first got members, my freind gave me it and i owned it for 2 years. Then some careless behavior during a clue... sara mage killed me... no more mask :(

well i know the true story, it started way back when party hall was first built by the architects of runescape. The king came down to see the finished building for his princesses party, party Pete with disgust showed rage that the princess did not want to marry him. It was at that moment when Party Pete weilded his dagger and stabbed the king in the back and stole his crown, the crown was then drenched in blood and turned red. He then framed the princesses loved one. He then was appointed to be incharge of the party hall by the princess for bring up the "murderer" the princess now mourns on the top of the party hall while pete sits below with his Red crown which he has renamed... the red party hat.
