  3. Yes. Go to your control panel and then go to accesability options. Go to mouse, and turn on mouse-keys, i think. It's like the only option anyways. Then I think when you press 5 it is as though you are clicking your mouse.
  4. My pure has 43 range and I want to train it to 65 F2P. I don't really care about money, so where is the best place?
  5. I have about 12k Willow Longbows (u) and I need to sell them to the shop. Is there a faster way than just selling 10 at a time?
  6. Hi, I'm just wondering if attack: Only affects how often you hit a 0 versus something not a 0. Or does it affect how often you hit a 0 as well as how high you hit out of your max hit?
  7. Som3thin is just my pker, so yah...it's okay if he'd get pwned by them :-P
  8. Welll, if by coolness or by awesomeness? One thing I do is I make names that are funny when people click on you, like "the fat man" Follow -> the fat man just makes me happy... Or I always like evil names like- IeatPuppies
  9. A narwhal. I love the whole click thing....Like my name! Follow -> A narwhal Follow -> Som3thin
  10. Blue dragons are pretty good if you can find a world without too many people - they can't fight back, they take about 50 arrows each, and their 100% drop is about 3k in dragon bone/hide. However, in the way of good drops, all it has is dragon spear. Excellent prayer exp though, and good money.
  11. Yes, pure ess is tradable in f2p. It's worth the same, around 100 each.
  12. Hey, I have a green mask on one of my accounts and I've been keeping it as a long term investment. But recently it's dropped in price a bit, and I've been wondering if it's just a small thing or if it is going to go down a lot more and stay there. Opinions?
  13. K, does anyone know the abbysal whip drop rate? :-)
  14. I retract--how do I find the lvl 71 trolls....
  15. Hey, I need to kill 124 trolls for a slayer assignment...how do I get to troll stronghold? I'm really lost here.
  16. Hey, I just became a member about half a month ago, and I've been wondering if it's worth getting the slayer to hunt dust devils for D chainbody. I know a lot of people do it, but does anyone know what the drop rate is? I just want estimates, to see if I want to try it out.
  17. Thanks. Just related...if they say wolf, can you kill ice wolves or just plain old wolves? Wow I am confused? Thanks for being so quick.
  18. Hi, a question for members out there. For my slayer assignment I was told to kill 54 kalphite. Should I just kill any kalphite, like the lvl 28 ones, or is there a monster called kalphite not in the Bestiary. Just wondering, Traveler80
  19. Well, Green mask. I bought it for 600k when it was worth that, sold for 1.2m a bit later, bought at 4m. Still have it :-).
  20. Yah, Also I see a lot in the fishing shop buying feathers. It really ticks me off...
  21. Hi, I'm making a PK video and having a bit of trouble figuring out something. No matter how small I make the screen and how bad the details, my files are WAY higher than the 100 mb limits on youtube and some other hosts. I tried it on fileshare, but it had some random error :-k I will try again but...does anyone have any tips?
  22. Hey, I'm making a pk video of my pure, but when I go to upload it it is a massive file. Does anyone know how to cut down on size?
  23. Thanks! Yeah, I tried to make it like that a little, with little bits from the ten-cent mysteries, the kind that make a plot in the first two pages. And I didn't want to say it, but some of the stories bothered me - they were brilliantly written, but just went like "And then he escaped" without describing how. I'll keep writing after school  (Note, I'm going to edit this to keep from spamming too much.) Alright peoples! Due to the one batch of constructive criticism, I feel that this chapter will be a lot cooler, so thanks to Zonorhc for reviewing...He made me feel like my attempt at writing was actually decent. So here we go, buckle in fellas. Chapter 2 - Death and Escape Jem woke up, an event normally unworthy of note. However, this was different, namely because the last Jem had been awake he had been unsure if he would ever wake up again. As he had shakily walked home from another day at work, still jittery from his event, he had felt cold. It was almost as if a casing of constricting mud had held him, squeezing the breath out as him as some wizards, dressed in deep blue and maroon robes, and powerfully built for their ilk, put his hands in expensive cuffs of rune. If Jem had recieved an education in magic instead of plowing ahead for degrees in medicine and psychology, he would have recognized the spell as entangle - used by police on more dangerous criminals because it caused a degree of pain and panic as well as restriction. But he did not know what entangle was, let alone what it felt like, and as he was led across a long bridge into a tower, he felt that his death was almost certian. He sat up, or tried to. His hands were bound, again with an expensive rune chain and handcuffs, to a wall, and in front of him he saw a mass of rune bars. These people were really investing in him - if he stole all this rune somehow, he could easily retire on it. It got repetitive, actually. Jem preferred more natural tones, his house being of wood and clay. He did not appreciate the marble scheme of the floor outside as much as most would, and the expensive painting, from what he could see being a cruel warrior with a strange silver sword rushing towards a benevolent demon, just gave him a bit of a headache. Suddenly a man came in, a security guard from what Jem could see. "Hello Mr. Stigal, we have some questions for you." Unfortunately, Jem Stigal's story ended a short three minutes after the guard came in. He was dropped in a pit to a lesser demon, and as weak as he was, he couldn't protest. He was devoured alive. The last thing he saw was a forest-bordered clearing and a high dirt wall. Kem watched the bound body fall into the pit. He was hidden by the bushes growing in the forested border of the clearing. Having escaped (Being a policeman, he immediately saw that, although the cell was warded against teleportation, the mages had forgotten about the age-old method of digging), he had quickly recalled the events transpiring to his capture and tried to help the fellow he hand just seen thrown to the proverbial lions. Displaced from crime scene investigation after the mysterious "Bloodbath", Kem had been assigned to patrol duty, disguised as a simple common man. He had been out at patrol, about to return to the blue moon inn (A hangout spot for undercover runescape operatives) when he had seen Jem being accosted. Quickly realizing that the strange magicians outmatched him by far, he began to slowly slide towards headquarters when one of them hit him with a spell that he recognized as a Teleother. He waited. Darkness covered the deep troughs of the heather when he came out, giving good cover from prying eyes. He slowly, almost painfully made his way to the edge of the pit. Whoever this man was, he deserved at least a burial. Kem rubbed an aching molar thoughtfully as he observed the situation. The demon was sleeping, its eyes bleared over by a clear film. Seeing that there was a convinient ladder, Kem traversed into the pit, went to the doctor's body, and froze. Since when did demons hold their breath in sleep? Kem whipped around, and ducked as a claw with a gross demon-specialized parody of a set of claws tied to its paws came close enough that he heard the whistle. Unfortunately, this meant that he bit his tongue rather hard when the Demon kicked him, suprising him. Kem looked around, wildly, his heart and adrenaline pumping to the beat of fight-or-flight psychology. His mind quickly assessed three facts: The demon was between him and the ladder. The demon had a rune weapon. Kem had a small pen-knife hidden in his greaves. Diving forwards, Kem missed the sight of the claw cleaving through the recently occupied air he had just stood in. Breathing hard already, he looked up - into the demons eyes!. A little known fact about demons is that they are lizards. Their chest is less heavily armoured than the rest of their body - making evolution, fast-tracked by the many demon-slayers around, choose demons with a hunched back to cover their weak spots. The demon, seeing the threat to its health, reflexively stepped back, and, forgetting it had weapons attatched, shoved its hands forward defensively. Exactly what Kem had planned. His small knife stabbed forward, cutting the bonds attatching one unwieldy but pointy rune weapon to the demon. The demon looked confused - what had happened? His unasked question was answered as a sharp pain registered in the region of his hand from Kem's withdrawl of the claws. Kem stepped forward, into the demon's weak spot, again. The demon, a fast learner, did not back up but charged into Kem. It would have worked, if Kem had again tried to disarm it. But Kem had not. He had stood with his rune weapon pointed at the chest of the demon, and it's unexpected charge only forced it deeper into its vital organs. A dark fluid rushed out as the large beast staggered in its mute death. Kem ripped open the pouch where demons secreted their items. Luck at last! A few fire runes. Kem was embarassingly bad at the practical side at magic, and could not teleport with the simple force-issued laws and airs. But these fires would let him teleport to varrock, and safety. He zoomed back through the teleportation matrix to the base, unaware of the fake porcelain tooth tracking his every movement. ---EndChapter--- So how did you like my (In my opinion) Pathetically sad attempt at writing action? :-P. Any Review not a flame will make me happy as a pig in mud.
  24. Hey guys, I was bored and dug into this fiction section, and it seemed interesting and a little bit fun to use runescape charachters (Copyright lawyers :anxious: ) in stories. So here's mine. Chapter 1: Several men in identical white smocks and half-bald wigs sat around a coffee table. Nursing their 2 o'clock lattes, one of the men dug hypocritically into a bowl of small candies. In the morning hours, they were not much needed. The people were asleep, except the few travellers from truly distant lands. These men were unique. Not because they wore similar costumes - saradomin knows enough people in the world wear the same armour and clothing - but because as well as wearing the same clothes, they looked almost completely identical. To the untrained eye (Really the only kind that saw them), they were, effectively, clones. A small buzzer beeped on one man's belt. He smiled, swallowed the last dregs of his coffee, and stood up. "Do I look like the Eccentric Mr. Ford, fellas?" His rather simplistic comment drew a wave of tired smiles across the room. He looked at his hand and decided to hold up a piece sign for whoever this was as he pulled the lever to dispense some nutritious snacks. He pulled the lever next to it to be teleported to wherever the poor chap with something stuck in his head was. He teleported to a mine of some sort, with his rehearsed line ready to tumble from his admittably loose lips, but he came up short, faltered, and stumbled. "What in Saradomin's name..." He first saw the feathers. As odd as it was that was the way it happened. A pile of gold-trimmed feathers on the silver mine, a rather pretty contrast. Unfortunately, this duet could immediately be picked up as a triplet by the deep red stains that Doctor Ford was not unframilar with. As he looked around, shock already beginning to impair his senses, A face looked up at him from the ground, as though the well-off miner were simply lying down. In fact, without the pool of blood leaking out of the four jagged rips in his helmet (For a second the Doctor registered that nothing natural should be able to so rip through the durable rune), he could have passed as an albino taking a break from working on his talent at crafting and mining silver. Unfortunately, the rips were obvious. According to the official police records, the rips were roughly half an inch wide, the holes in the skull about three-eights of an inch wide, and they stretched from the end of the faceplate until the mount for the feathers. This suggested that whatever killed the man, it had taken him by almost complete suprise. And that was that - with the almost complete lack of media around Varrock, the event was hushed up. With the recent tourism boom, who wanted any bad rumors around? So no trial, just a small, unnoticed report from the green officer on duty who had been told to "Shut your trap and keep it that way" by his superior officer. Dr. Ford (In reality Jem Stigal) strangely went missing from work a few days after this incident - nobody really knew what had happened. In an unrelated event, the same officer (Kem Levenhoff) who covered the event was discovered missing. But it was not the beast. For in the misplaced journal of Jem Stigal, it was found a note that said, "But the mages of the tower would truly not invent such a monstrosity - and what reason would varrock have to go along with it?"
