  1. Well, maybe people should start going outside, there are beautiful graphics out there. :P
  2. Amongst the rubble of the Crescent stood Ren. He had removed his armor, now he wore and white coat. Cressenthia, the anarchy home of many people were being taken from their homes. The sick and the mourning. The thankful and the hopeful. The dead and the strong. "Sir." A womanly voice came from his left. Dr. Emma Kingsley stood with a clipboard in her hand, a worried look on her face. "Emma." He took the clipboard, examining the anatomy of the afflicted carefully, looking over the figures again and again. "This disease...Do you have any idea--" "Many years ago, this disease was used to wipe out many. I can tell what it is...My father studied this over and over, every night. Then I was...Never mind..." He stopped. Emma had a worse look before, her blue eyes twinkling with curiosity and worry. "This disease is called V.E.N.D.E.T.T.A. Valve Endemic Nocturnal Diabolical Eradication Toxic Tetanus Acid. The Valves in the human body are eliminated slowly, eaten way by acid. Well, it starts slow, but gains speed in procession to the last destroyed Valve...The person slowly loses blood, their body shut's down...However, it then seeps into the organs and slowly eats them away...It's a virus. The stronger it gets, the more powerful it gets, obviously. But it can escape and enter a knew host before the old host dies, so it's very hard to eradicate. However, only a few people had it, and these rare cases were still very dangerous. The disease spreads fast...At night is when the cases were killed mostly...Nocturnal disease..." "Did they ever find a cure?" "No. When Crescent took over, they took the cases and eliminated them. Before my Dad was killed, he gave me a sample of it to obliterate Crescent. And so I kept it, even when I was forced through the brutal training for 300. When we were replaced, and Absolution was formed...Well, I gave my fathers wish...But the machines were led through this town to the people. Crescent knew the entire time. It's pitiful." Both were quite on their way through the town, looking for the person afflicted the worst. This was quite easy, and when the found the man, the surgical equipment was taken out immediatley. "Prep for the surgery. Status report?" "Afflicted VENDETTA to a maximum extreme. Valves eaten away, we'll have to replace them with artificial valves. Some organs are very inflammed and he is very contagious. Not when I'm done with 'em... He concentrated hard, everything around him became faster and louder. Then nothing. He opened his eyes to see time was frozen completely. His tools in front of him, he made the incision. "Now I can concentrate..." Inside, everything was frozen as well, and in front of him lay VENDETTA, frozen in time. The little leech-like creature, eyes and mouth visible. Quickly, he took the forcepts and removed it, placing it in a jar next to him. Quicky, he closed the incision and put medical tape on him, then pumped blood in him. "Now the organs..." Swiftly, he opened his chest, his heart visible. He first took it out, not beating or bleeding. Without trying, he took a couple of plastic valves, and replaced them where the old were. He placed the heart back, re-attaching it, then examined his veins. All okay, he sewed the laceration, then put medical tape to completely patch it up. Ren sighed. No other valves besides the heart valves were eaten... He placed an air mask on the man's face, then concentrated harder, harder. Suddenly-- "Dr. Kamikazi?" He opened his eyes. "Let's--huh?" The nurse examined the patient. "The surgery is done? I-Impossible!" "I do miracle surgeries. I got this five-foot VENDETTA critter out." Everyone departed, while he looked at the swimming creature, runing into the glass as if to go into Ren next. "My calling isn't surgery anymore..." He sighed sadly. "I need to fight..." He placed the VENDETTA into a bag, and left the nurses to tend, as he went back to headquarters for further order.
  3. Eh, I farmed master balls from ruby and sapphire. Good 'ol Linoon. :P The last thing I just did...Kicked my friends [wagon], who is obsessed with legendaries. Basically all he uses. Unfortunatly, upon loss, he flipped out and cried, being a poor sport. My team that anhillated him: Caught every available legendary, including Regigigas, Giratina, and also have traded for Japanese legendaries (The one's unavailable in the US and are in Japan [i.E., Shaymin]). Thus, Black trainer card. I don't nessecarily know if they are hacked--but hey, black trainer card. :P \ :P This was when I had wifi, however. My most recent achievement was owning my friend, he's challenged me again. Time to own. I like my new computer, however, wifi doesn't support Mac's (So I've been told) If this is false, tell me please. It is! I've had plenty of Pokemon come and go in my party. However, once you find your ideal party, then it's all the sweeter. I've a couple of tips. My first one would be to get pokemon that are a type that can learn multiple attacks. Meaning, for example, Garchomp. He's a dragon/ground, very strong. He can learn flamethrower, so he's unaffected by Water. Or luxray. This bad boy can learn Fire fang and Ice fang, despite him being electric. Even Rampardos can learn ice. But those are examples taken directly from my party. There are plenty of pokemon like them, yet...Well anyway. My next tip would be EV training. When you battle a pokemon, you get EV's, which your pokemon gain for a certain stat. I can't tell you which pokemon to attack for EV's, so Go here and look for EV training guide. Fighting. Figure out your own. Let's say your opponent had two pokemon left, you had rampardos. His current was luxray, he has an onyx who knows earthquake, but he doesn't think it'll KO him immediatly. He attacks, but you use Avalanche. You purposly went second for avalanch, so luxray dies. He now knows he's screwed, let's say the Luxray didn't weaken him far enough. He tries earthquake, nope, you use Avalanche, he dies. This is multityping, he can learn avalanche dispite his rockness. Now figure out your own strategy! You'll fin it eventually, trust me. It takes time. That, and research.
  4. EXCUSE ME???? HAHAHAHA!!! I would say lol but hahaha sounds better. Dude, you aren't looking at it logically. If it's multi system, it's bad period. Meaning, it sucks on all systems. Only a select few multisystems are good, like...Call od duty and war games. I'm just saying the PS3 has too many. Ha, blue ray is bull. Soon, it shall be in DVD's. The bolded part is bull. All blue ray does is hold more memory, prevents scrathcing, blah blah blah. Grab a DVD and use that. I call blue ray "Careless people's DVD" because those who scratch it carelessly will not have to worry. I'm a tad confused on the bolded part...That makes no sense; "who want good movies"...Oh, you mean HD wise. Get a frickin' HD t.v. if that's what you mean. If you mean clear wise, get a frickin' HD tv. If you can't afford an HD tv, then how the hell can you afford a PS3? :-$ If you mean movie wise, you are basically saying that only good movies go on blue ray. Make that clearer, please. :P I'd just rather...Watch a DVD on a HD t.v. than use Blue ray. And if the HD tv had blue ray, good. Blue ray's best feature is scratches don't ruin it. nope blue rays's best feature is that its better than the DVD. I WILL SAY THIS ONE MORE TIME STOP DOUBLE POSTING PLEASE!!!!!! AND AND ANOTHER THING I HATE X-BOX 360!!!! I'M A Wii FAN! The X-Bx 360 is just better. That's why I made the ad YOU have to take seriosuly because........ It does have flaws, for ten posts I've been explaining them to you, yet it's "No, you lie, PS3 is teh ownage!!11!!11" I mean, everyone has something wrong with their console, if not, then they find a flaw. I explained a flaw on my Wii. I don't own an X-Box for the last time. And, I borrowed a PS3 from my friend for a couple of months before he put it away. And, if Blue ray came out on a advanced DVD player, I's get it, for the Hell of it, and because it's best feature is scratching doesn't matter. However, no one cares it's on the PS3. I focus on the playability of a console, not the crap they add to make it more expensive. I'd rather watch DVD's right now, then get a PS3 just to have Blue ray. And you say people will be turning to HDTV or blue ray? Well, duh. HDTV is so common. Who know? Maybe gold ray will come out. But it's the present right now. Think of that, and stop thinking blue ray will be there, who knows, it might never come out for anything except the PS3. We can't predict everything. There, I said everything I needed to say. :
  5. Meh, you see the DS can do a lot of what the PS3 can. Oh, and you forgot touch screen on features for the DS.
  6. From above, the gunfire and laser blasts from the ship were rapid and destructive, each striking eachother without fail. Nothing truly remained on Vincents ship, only a couple of highly trained men who could escape when the time was right. Yet, Phillip still attacked, for if he lost he could escape. And if Vincent won or lost, he would die of blood loss and be stranded to boot. "We finish this then? No tricks." "No tricks, this time, I'm flesh and blood." To prove this, Vincent [puncture]ed his finger, allowing a drop of blood to fall. "Lets go!" Phillip was quick to pull out his weapon, a gun. With one shot, Vincent was hit! He was immediatly plowed into the grimy ground, his blade torn out of it's sheathe and sent ten yards from his position. He was unscathed, with help of his trenchcoat, if only it were two inches more he would have been killed. Vincent jumped up, pulling out his gunblades. Phillip, grimly smiling, simply flipped his blde around, then said: "Is that all you got?" Phillip caught the flipping blade and began shooting immediatly. The blasts were powerful, and the accuracy of Phillip was already overpowering Vincent. However, vengeance drove Phillip, so blindly as to just attack Vincent without strategy! Vincent had one choice to defeat Phillip: He would have to create a particle beam using his gunblade. However, this particular charge would take too long. He thought of his second choice quickly, then struck back. Swiftly, he pointed both guns out, shooting the first one, a bullet came out, and quickly, he shot his laser blade, right when bullet met Phillips blaster, and the resulting chemical reaction made the bullet explode! Phillip was lost in smoke. Dammit! He's tougher than he looks--he dodged my attack so easily...No! I can't let this bastard win! Phillip ran out of the smoke, an angered look spread upon his face; however, Vincent was gone. And so was his ship. "No!" Phillip couldn't locate the fortress mind either! Suddenly, Phillip was struck in the back, sent straight into the ground. He rose; he quivered, and relief filled him. The ships were distant from their location, however both ships were recieving heavy damage. Vincent withdrew his blade, and drew his gunblades, then rushed Phillip. He swung his blades a few times, Phillip dodging them, but Phillip became suseptable to a laser, which Vincent fired after Phillip dodged the last swing! Unacceptable... Phillip grew angrier yet. "Unacceptable...No!" He began rapidly shooting his gun, but he took out another, shooting all of the blasts. Vincent also shot the blasts, and when every blast met, the resulting explosion sent both men flying in the air. However, neither Vincent or Phillip would surrender easily, and each glided towards eachother. Both falling, yet both in smoke, Vincent tried to strike Phillip with his regular blade and laser gunblade, while Phillip shot Vincent blast after blast, not one making him any weaker to the last. Then end became. Vincent threw his blade at Philip, who was too distracted to see Vincent take out his other gunblade. Both men shot, every blast meeting the blade, and then an explosion. Phillip got up as soon as he met the ground. Shards of Vincent's decoy blade were everywhere, including in himself and Vincent, who lay on the ground a couple feet away. Or was it him? Bodies were on the ground. Phillip arose, to his realization it was Vincent; Vincent was pointing a gun at his head. The rest were bodies from elsewhere; above, the Executioner and Fortress Mind were not blasting eachother, but smaller ships each going down easily. "Serrenian forces!" Phillip declared angrily. Vincent pointed another gun at his stomach. "Surrender, and I'll help. Or die. Choose." Phillip's peripheral vision saw one thing at his knees: His blaster. He stepped towards it, Vincent paying no attention to it at all. "I choose...Death!" Vincent frowned, but Phillip kneed him and kicked his blaster up. Swiftly, he shot Vincent into the ground. Phillip laughed. "Yu see? You can't win! You..." He stopped, as he realized a pain eminating from his side. Vincent shot one last bullet before he fell. And Phillip could see Vincent was not dead yet, as he began to arise. "This isn't over...Not for a long shot!" Phillip shot again, and Vincent retailiated, another explosion sending them both away from eachother. The ships in the sky thus stopped battling, and went to pick up their fallen leaders.
  7. Oh, so sad. However, short and good. It makes sense. However confusing to the fact that he was lost in the woods leading to clock town...Guess he got back. :P Hope it's not over. If it is, I like it. It may be short, but it's good nevertheless. :
  8. 1 year later...(Summer of '09) Guy on commercial: NEW! GOLD RAY1!!1!!11!! IT HAS TEH OWNAGE GRAPHIX--- Producer: Cut! Idiot! It's for DVD's, not PS3's! This is the ten thousand time! Guy: Oh yea... Producer: From the top...Action! Guy: New to DVD's, Gold ray. It's so advanced, it makes real look fake. In fact, Gold ray fits ten Babillion Gigs. This way, you can control your movie and get alternate sequences, like that [wagon]-movie Final Destination 3. Or you can watch it without control, since it looks overkill realistic. You'll think it's so realistic, you'll throw condiments at your T.V. at all of the boring crap, thus breaking your T.V. Combine it with a Plasma screen Hi def T.V. ad you'll piss yourself. Prepare for the ride of your life. Gold ray, the most realistic and costless add on. Get your Gold ray DVD player for only $1.00. Buy now and get a PS3 for free! Just so you can laugh at those silly flaws on that PS3! Blue ray will be useful, that is, if something like that doesn't happen.

  10. Okay...Here I come... Vincent stood outside of the ship Executioner. He had surfaced and replenished fuel for the long journey ahead. His blade was safely holstered on his back sheathe, his gunblades, however, he held. The U.E.A.. could be anywhere...Any place... "Sir!" "Commander Flaxity?" "Spectral analysis indicates a strong source of energy ahead." "Proceed." "But that's suicide!" "So was fooling the U.E.A. into a fake rebel crew! Now we are pursued everywhere, so what the hell are you complaining about?" The Commander took his point, however angrily, and walked back into the ship's main control unit. Ahead, no one knew what awaited them. That is, until Vincent saw a ship. A familiar ship. "Beautiful, it's the goddamn fortress mind. It's only been a month." Vincent sighed, his body showing no fear, but his brain showed panic. "Sire! A reel ship has been taken!" Vincent had seen the ship before, immediatly knowing the LHIO Wake and the person who controlled it. He knew if they were taken, then he can't risk anything. "Alright! They've been taken, however--" "Too late. They've located our position...On screen visual..." Vincent walked back into the ship. On screen was Phillip, smiling somewhat grimly. "Well, well, how long has it been? A couple of days? A week? Oh wait, the last time I smashed you was a month ago. You know, I haven't been doing anything but wait the next time I see you." Phillip only smiled at Vincent, grimly. "Any last words?" "Oh, yes. Screw you!" Vincent alarmed the ship, as he heard the sound of smaller ships blasting off into the distance. "Cowardly bastards!" "No, no, Phillip...They go, I stay."
  11. Great start, Xewleehr, and he's right lya helix. We must PM each other for control of each others characters, or else something will go quite screwy. Just needed to establish that before I continue. "Stand firm!" Each warrior obeyed their leaders command. "Shields up!" Swiftly, they raised their shields upon his whim. "For Glory!" The roar of the gallant 300 broke out through their standing point. There they stood, prepared to fight. After the raid, they were shot down into a Crescent defense station, and before them was the machines. Each one marching towards them, holding a laser spear. A laser built into their hands. With cold hearts, the machines marched towards the 300. It was the machine 300 against the 300. "Hold!" Shouted the leader, extending his reach and stretching out his hand, the warriors standing. The machines crept closer yet. "Hold!" Now, the machines extended their guns, pointing them to the rubble. "Defensive maneuver nine!" Each soldier took their shield and covered their bodies with them, then crouched on the ground. The sounds of roaring lasers tainted the night, as the beams of energy smashed upon the shields, the volley lasting nearly ten minutes. Upon which, leader screamed: "Correnthians! Replenish!" Each soldier stood to their feet, tearing their Masamune blades from their sheates. "Battle position seven!" The soldiers from the front lined up their shields, creating a wall of defense, Masamune's extended out. The machines were running now, towards the defensive wall. "Prepare..." Leader began. The machines were now ten feet from the wall. "For..." Five feet. "Victory!" The machines met the wall as the Correnthian 300 made a roar so loud as to penetrate Crescents headquarters above. The machine side, effortlessly pushing the Correnthians. Each man being pushed back with ease. "Correnthians...Don't give up!" Each pushed against the machine, creating a stalemate. "Yes...You were trained to fight! Put that power into your arms--and push!" These words of encouragement made the Correnthians push harder, now pushing back the machines. "Yes...Now, Battle maneuver 6!" Each soldier stopped, but each pulled back their shields, and gave one final push, throwing the machines back. Without a command from leader, each frontal until wildly stabbed the machines through their neck. Each wild hit was more accurate than the last, stabbing through the head or even decapitating them altogether. Leader decided another option. With a heavy heave, he threw the sword through a machine, throwing it into several others. Quickly, he drew his blade, now rushing into the battle. His peripheral vision saw the others emulating him, the machines falling quicker. Leader swung his blade up, the machine dodging, but this was what leader hoped for, as he smashed the machine through it's head with his fist. Another machine came, and he swung his blade in such a maneuver that the machine fell in three pieces. Another swift movement, he threw a machine over him, smashing another behind him, and slashed another in half. Machine after machine. Each energy blade on the battlefield destroying three machines at a time. Not any of the 300 fell. One final jump in the air, dodging several laser streams, holding his blade over his head. Leader Ren Kamikiazi collided spear and blade with the machine. Each pushing. But the machine smashed his blade away with his free hand, slicing it off. But now that Ren was helpless, what would Ren do? It raised it's spear. And Ren pulled out his gun and shot the machine in the head. Ren pulled himself up. Around him, the machines had fallen, and above, the roar of a great explosion. For a Crescent tower had fallen. Around him, those machines still fighting to get up met their end with the Correnthian 300 cleaning up, cutting the remaining heads off of the machines. around him, stood his 300, none of them fell. "Crescent!" Ren yelled at the top of his voice. "We are Correnthians! We are the 300 you abandoned! And...Correnthya is ours!" Another loud roar boomed through Correnthya, as more air raids destroyed the rest of the companies' remains' around them.
  12. oh and in my book blue-ray isn't quite useful now but it will be in the future. as for games if think games on the PS3 are not that good is your opinion! ?????? Several posts ago you were flipping out on me because I said blue ray was useless, what makes Adam Ross different? You even now change your mind and say it's useless until the future???? Well, the games aren't just his opinion...Just 18,000,000 people's opinion, basically people who own a wii or 360. Secede to this, please: The library isn't good. From seeing it, it's smaller than that of the wii's. It has quite a few repeat games, no wow games, one exclusive being Resistance. It repeats sports games, which I hate, the infamous tony hawk series, which I hate, and Oblivion, which I love. Of course Call of duty 3 is on there, which I thought was good, but it's multi system. Until Sony get's companies to develop for them, near impossible due to X-Box 360 and wii in the lead, AKA the place where a company can make money, it won't be getting a lot of sales.
  13. Great start you two! Well, I'm booted off till tomorrow, -.- , so this post shall be edited with my part...
  14. Ah, good question Xewleehr. [hide=Armor and weapons]The 300 soldiers fight like the Spartans did, they were trained in the same manner, but are tougher because of technology. Like the original 300, they don't wear much armor because they don't need it. To differentiate the leaders, the leaders often wear armor, usually taking it off before battle. They wield not spears, but masamune blades, 7 feet in length, thin blade so it may be thrown like a spear and good stabbing distance. Each are equipt with the masamune, but also several other weapons. On their thighs, two guns, which they use after losing their spears for distance (if they are fighting machines; they find it dishonorable to use it against humans), one a laser and one a regular. Their last weapon is an energy blade, forged from the Aura by crescent. The energy blade is a very short sword, however light, so accuracy may be contained. The last detail about the blade is that it's sickle-blade shaped. Their armor is advanced, yet the only wear arm guards and a helm, able to deflect bullets, and a large round shield to encompass their bodies. Tje shield can deflect anything.[/hide] [hide=The fighting]Like I said, they fight like the original spartans did. They work as a single unit, making a shield wall from the front, and this blocks frontal attacks. When the are rammed, they push them away, then the front takes their masamune's and stab the enemy by neck, if machine, as thier heads are their weakpoints, and by heart, if human. Next, if the going get's tough, the tough get going. The front throw their masamune's, and if fighting machine, shoot those far away and close, abandoning their shields either by throwing them into an enemy close by or leaving them. After most are weakened, they'll holster their guns and take the energy Sickle out, and fight. They basically fight exactly like the original 300, just many times stronger.[/hide] That's that, fun fun fun. Well, I declare the story status start! Anyone may join along the way, post your bio and jump on! AGAIN, START! I want you guys to start. No one will see Ren Kamikazi until I say. Or if I post before you guys. :P
  15. Pokemon ranger, huh? I never actually played it, however it looks fun... Mario Kart is awesome, great fun. Of course, diamond and pearl is great fun as well. Well, I suppose she doesn't like Final Fantasy? If she does, that's a great game... Can't think of anything else she might like, however, all of the games you said are good for her.
  16. Yes, I knew what you meant by control. And I don't mind you taking a few parts for aura wars, it's an RPG story that's not just for me, but for the rest of you. : We start writing if Fists_of_ozzy arrives, but if he's not here by tonight, we'll start.
  17. I haver been thinking the EXACT same thing! In previous RPG's, we had the will of...Control. However, if we want control, talk to the person for control, because bending another character against the will of another is wrong. Go ahead and use your God, we are using that rule. :P
  18. ^^Very good, okay people, more bio's! We'll starts soon!
  19. Well, if you read my post, then youwould have seen me exploit a weakness in the Wii which pissed me off. And actually, I hate X-Box 360, I just think it's better than a PS3, but the Wii is my favorite. Well, anyway, with all of the facts I introduced to you in this manner, I was never trying to change your mind, just show you the many flaws of a PS3. Oh, and double posting is against the rules bud.
  20. Cool, now we just need Fists_of_ozzy and someone else like Llamster and we'll start, then people can join along the way. :
  21. You sound like a sales person lol. :XD: Nobody cares about blue ray, it's rubbish that made the PS3 cost so much. Blue ray is so useless, you can't even play 3/4 of the games from PS2 or 1. Only some. This is why the PS3 is rubbish. You act like blue ray is a good thing. It can be good, it helps negate those pesky scratches, and will still play with them, blah blah blah. With blue ray, it sucks. The PS3 itself isn't good, because of it's defects. When it's "fixed" the world will know if the fix is actually a fix, and not "Downgraded PS3!!!11!!1lolz!" Or vice versa. And lemme tell you, I remember when the hype of the PS3 was everywhere. Now it's died down, blue ray was critically acclaimed a bad choice for the PS3. Oh, and I know something else the PS3 cannot do that X-Box and Wii can: Be ahead in the console wars :XD: Oh, and heres something else: If they don't do something about the bugs, it'll be terrible forever. What, they are getting rid of the 60 gig PS3 and downgrading it and making it "OMG $499!!!!1!1!!111111" Nobody in the right mind would buy downgraded PS3 for that much. If they drop it to $299, then it would sell a lot, but they'd "Lose money" which they already dumped millions into oblivion with this whole PS3 crap project. :P Well, I'll exploit more PS3 weaknesses and talk to you later. :-w Cheers, Sephiroth_King Blue-ray is not rubbish it is better than your so called DVD. if u don't like it then good for you. It IS rubbish, if they weren't so busy including that, they would have been busy getting the bugs out, removing some glitches, and the PS3 would be $200 less. It so freaking annoying, Blue ray isn't great, I'd rather play a cartridge game than that. Hell, I'd rather play a Gamecube disc than that, rather than wasting $599 for "Superb Blue ray" which many people don't care for anyway. PS3 has crappy reliabilaty, X-Box has really good reliabiity (if you don't get the ring of death) and the Wii does, too. It's not often you hear about a Wii breaking out of nowehere (instead, it's people spreading rumours about idiots who through their nunchucks or Wiimotes into their tv, playing it roughly), it may be often when some people get a ring of death on their X-Box, but not all of the time. However, it's quite often I here complaints about the PS3's bugs, glitching here and there. Some people say Blue ray should have been dis-included. Others say it's okay, but who gives a crap, get a DVD player, it's basically the same...Oh, it can "PLAY MORE GIGS FTW!!!1!1111!" Go play a PS game, you get the same rush of playing a game without the "Blue ray." That's my last statement: Playability. PS3's playability is -O.K. (Negative OK)...You are a lucky crap if you don't have bug's 'n glitches, but those who do are unlucky, %90 people par say, because they rushed it to sell some. Now, they should have thought if Blue ray would be a good idea, because it costs a lot, and is what made the PS3 an overkill price. They should have gotten rid of the bugs and glitches. They should have waited, then released it. Now, PS3 fans are sad because of the negative publicity, that's in fact true. You can't defend a system forever, one day you'll reach the final straw, where you'll go completely beserk. This is already for my Wii, where I played Dragonball Z (never again) and you didn't even swing the wiimote, instead, press A! Well, I'm done. If you have any more arguing left in you, go ahead. No flaming, though, if you must do that, PM me.
  22. Same goes with xbox. Nintendo too. It happens with all consoles.. Actually, every single one of my ps and ps2 games have worked on my ps3. I don't know what you're talking about. Developing a game for a new system is always hard. You have to get used to the new programming. And since it's a new system, you also have to work on wowing the players with all new stuff. Remember when the ps2 came out? It had a slow start up too. Or xbox? Launch for xbox (not 360): Honestly, there's like 2 whole games I'd play in that lineup. But better games have been made for the xbox/360 since then. The same will happen with the ps3. And with all the negative publicity, people aren't even willing to try it out. Well, I've always hated the PS3, they rushed the release and I predicted it'd be bad. It has a slow release, and it shall i they don't get exclusives. It has too many repeats, no originals. All companies may do that, but the PS3 is overkill. :P None of those games you listed are fun, though...Imo. Dead or alive :D But the rest are sports games, which are too much. Also I'm just going with what my friends have said, as their PS2 games (or 1) don't work, at all, and I've heard that from may people as well. Developing a system is hard, obviously, however, if they didn't rush the release, they would have had a fast start and would be doing excellent, with no negative publicity and exclusives. That's all...Again.
  23. :-w Cheers, Sephiroth_King
  24. Nice bio, and you can use Xarosen if you want. Wait for a couple more and we can get started. :P
  25. ABSOLUTION The Aura. This is what we call the divided part of our world, where all life goes after their death. Bringing balance, life, and energy to our thriving world. Crescent, an energy company, found a way to harness this energy for medical science, for power, and for their own avarice. The sin arose at the year 2356. Our world became threatened, as did the four continents: Correnthya, Zion, Vexen, and Omega. Correnthya, the place of beginning. This is where life was born. And the rise of Crescent, a company who harnessed the Aura's energy for their own purpose. With the rise of the company came the fall of Correnthya, and a personal trained army by Crescent called W.A.R.R.I.O.R. They were brutally trained men, and only the strongest survived, thus bringing a society like the Spartans. W.A.R.R.I.O.R. had exactly 300 men, more powerful than that of 10,000 trained soldiers. With this rise of a strong army, the downfall of many countries had followed. The first place that fell was Zion, our place of religion; all within a month, Crescent used the modern day 300 to wipe out the towns and cities, and capture the people. Vexen followed after; this place was for warriors to gather, army or sword fighters alike. Then Omega, the place of end. Every country fell before us. Every captured person was inspected, an inspection to see if they were fit to work, or if they were weak. The weak one's became slaves. Thus, 300,000 people were enslaved. The strong became Crescent warriors. And those who weren't strong fell under the anarchy of power, known as Cresenthia. Then, 2357, the year of the perfect being; machines, more advanced than those used in the past. These machines were used to obliterate rebels, and anyone else that stood in Crescents way. But there were some, the blessed saviors, who resisted...And won. An army, a rebellion who called themselves Absolution, came and fought the machines and won. To Crescents surprise, Absolution was the human 300! Apparently, the 300 formed to atone for their past sins of bringing Crescent to power. Crescent had lost there machine 300 to the original they had forsaken... Years flew by. By 2381, Absolution had brought more people into the rebellion, who fought to recover Correnthya and stationed the continent as Absolution headquarters. This year also threatened the world with a disease now identified as V.E.N.D.E.T.T.A. This disease is spreading fast, and there is no letup. Still, with Aura's powers, and over 10,000 new machines, Crescent was able to repel V.E.N.D.E.T.T.A, and was ready to obliterate the rebels once and for all. The leader of Crescent, Cerses, declared war and won, bringing down the 300...Or so he had thought. The strategic General of Absolution used machines as a decoy, duping Cerses completely. Foolishly, Cerses brought the machines back. Each machine carried the mysterious V.E.N.D.E.T.T.A., and it spread to the citizens of Cresenthia, causing chaos... But I cannot continue this story, as it does not go on. This is where you begin. This is your story! Here's the bio fill out. Archimage supplied it in the Corrupt, my old story post which I took it from, but I tuned it up to fit with this story. Anyway. Thanks Archi! That's what your Bio should look like. \ Before I part. I'm a person in the RP, but in this, I control Crescent as well, so I can twist this story as I please, and you have choices to overcome. :D And so I leave the rest to you.
