Like I said. But there is a HEN, and people are beginning to hack it, so there's always hope. And besides, it isn't exactly his PSP, it's his Brothers, Fathers and his altogether, so they'd all have to agree... Well he did say he bought it recently, so the firmware may be 5.0 +, where the exploit is fixed. And I really don't think there is hope. Just like the PS3, people are begging to get it hacked but it is pretty much untouchable. It actually says it has 4.20 firmware on it, read the bottom of his post. :P There will be hope. There is always a loophole, and where there is a loophole there is a way. Besides, the PS3 can be hard modded and CFW can be installed...Or so I thought...Anyway, his is like mine, Shipped and packaged with 4.20 firmware pre-installed.
  2. Hehe, you know, I actually have to agree with you. PC is own. but teh PC is a pretty cool guy, eh has teh awesome graphics and specs and ownage games and doesn't afraid of anything. (Hehe, couldn't help it, saw you had that in your sig and I felt the need to create my own lol.

You CANNOT put emulators on the PSP 3000. At the moment, it has NO Custom Firmware, and thusly cannot run any emulators on it. In fact, you can't play emulators without custom firmware. What you've probably read is that the homebrew community has invented a HEN (Homebrew ENabler) for the PSP 3000 so that you can play Homebrew, including emulators, on it. It's using the Gripshift exploit, and without that particular game Homebrew won't work. Anyway...The only way to install PSX/PS1 games on a PSP is to run it through a converter, which makes it into an Eboot file to run it on the PSP. It cannot be made into a ROM. And it cannot be played unless you have a HEN or Custom Firmware. So technically, the PSP has a built in PS1 emulator in it to run those Eboots. With your 3000, you'll have to wait for the Second Kernal Exploit to be found and then they'll release the HEN. DO NOT update to 5.03 firmware, it patches the Gripshift exploit and prevents the HEN from working...So if you really want to play those games on the 3000, just wait it out. Alternatively, you can BUY the PSX/PS1 games through the PSN store, but that requires 5.03 firmware. Or, you could trade your 3000 in for an earlier brand, but I wouldn't. I love my 3000, and would happily await Homebrew and emulators. If you choose to wait, I can explain more about the Homebrew and such through PM.
  6. Next time, look for it at the Meresti Trainyard. ;)
  7. Meh, I slaughtered the Family lol. I hated them. As for the Dark Brothood, yes that is what I meant, thanks.
  8. According to the Fallout wiki, its a possibility. But if you've played Oblivion, they are strikingly similar to the Family of Assassins. You know, with the night mother and stuff. Except they aren't exactly assassins...Bleh, it's interesting. Just play.
  9. Eh, I thought that later I would take the Grim Reapers spirit perk, because I decided that since I didn't have a lot of the locations marked on my map that I would pick the explorer perk. That, and I think I'm going to use the mod that increases the level cap to 30, since I don't want to wait until March for that to come, lol. Also, I didn't choose that perk because lately I haven't made a lot of kills from Vats, but in regular shooting. So that wouldn't have been helpful. I apologize if I sound illiterate or stupid right now, but I just got my Wisdom Teeth pulled out today, and the Valium that I took earlier hasn't worn off that much, and I took one Vicodin , and the laughing gas from my oral surgeons as well...Well anyway, all three consecutively isn't a good mix and I feel a little dizzy and loopy, lol. At least my pain is gone, though.
  10. Actually, you can only trigger the Firelance random event once. You get the 24 Alien Cells (depending where the ship blows up--the ammo commonly lands on rooftops), Firelance, and after that you can't get it again...OR so I've read. The AI have been seen with them though, mostly the Enclave Soldiers apparently. I've never actually seen them with them, though, so I can't say it's true. So basically, both of the things I said could be true/untrue, but just saying what I've read. :P I like the Firelance because of the ability to always hit a critical (like the alien blaster does) while also having the ability to light things on fire. Thats a plus. But I haven't really been using Firelance lately either though. I guess thats because the Shishkebab has taken its place. That, and Sydney's Ultra SMG...Meh, thats only todays game play though. I've actually been contemplating using the famous "Raise the level cap" mod, but I've heard of crashes and unusual things happening in game when it is installed. Does anyone have this mod? If so, does it work good? One last question: Before I used Windows LIVE, Fallout 3 rarely crashed unless I played excessively. Now it crashes...A lot. Anyone know any fixes?
  11. Meh, the Rock-it launcher is pretty good, I've had it since the beginning, although I rarely use it compared to my Chinese Assault Rifle, Firelance, Eugene Minigun, and lately even my Fat Man. Speaking of my Firelance...The other day, I was trying extremely hard to get the Firelance, triggering many Random Event Areas to never get one. Then, I decided to look in my inventory to see a bunch of Alien Power cells, which then reminded me that I had never visited the Alien Crash sight. So, I traveled back to the area I found them, which was the Meresti Trainyard, and is apparently the mot common place to get the alien event...I was surprised. I'm level 19 now, and I could've had the Firelance since I was level 7-9, if only I saw the Firelance those couple of weeks ago and actually knew of the event  Well, I have it now, I suppose thats all that matters. Anyway, today I signed up for Windows LIVE, I like seeing the rewards come up at the top. It's just a shame that I don't have a headset to communicate with my friends. :P
  12. I beg to diff-- Actually, I've had enough of you friggin' people that always push aside the Wii as if it were insignificant...It may be targeted at a more broad audience, but it is till appealing. But seriously, whatever, this thread has endured World War I-World War III in flame war equivalent. It's been nuked, crapped on, and even raped. It's scarred enough, let's leave it at that.
  13. Um, yeah, if you think about it it's more realistic to the average FPS--in Fallout 3, your aiming isn't perfect at all, your character's hand moves as if his arm was shaking or maybe was tired, etc...The point being it's more authentic because Bethesda implemented the entire idea of imperfection in aiming. Look at CoD 4; whenever I see that game or any other FPS in play, your character's arms are perfectly still and all you need to do is aim with the cursor and shoot, with the Godly ability to not miss a single shot at all. If they were to implemet that FPS play into Fallout 3, I believe it would be another boring FPS...You wouldn't even need VATS, which is equally awesome, and is completely optional.
  14. I'm totally missing something here, but what? Turn based? Where??? :?
  15. Alright, you want sense? Go to the RSOF and they'll give you the sense you're looking for. As for us, we know for a fact that you are/were incapable of multiple tasking, and this rant is stupid. There's me sense, now go away.
  16. ...Ssly???// i is agr33 lulz forums need shut down cuz it there fault lolololloolololololllololololololol This thread=Fail, like Dr. Phil...Erm, I mean Dr. Phail.
  17. Eh, I'm in sight of stopping playing this game. It interferes with me playing my newer games, like Fallout 3 or whatever...It will be a different story when I get members again though...But RS is still a nice relaxer for me...So its in sight, but nevertheless tat sight is still miles and miles away.
  18. O_o, 'k...I like reading, but Jesus TL;DR. I merely skimmed it though, this dungeon looks freaking hard. If anything, no one under level 90 will be able to go there unless they want to be slaughtered. It's almost like Tzharr. except...Holy... It's very well thought out and looks like you put a lot of thought into it, and it seems as though there will be a lot of history involved in it and would be a fun thing for any high level to do, so I say support. : Later, when I've the ability to read a gargantuan wall of text I will reply back to you. But from skimming, this looks terribly hard but epic. EDIT: Yeah, I know first edit within about 30 seconds, but I have to make a comment on the armor...I like the idea, but what are it's stats? Higher or lower than Bandos? Dragon? More importantly, Barrows? Or is it just for it's sexy looks? :P EDIT 2, within about a minute: I supoort.
  19. You're not getting it. Try playing it on VERY HARD. If that doesn't satisfy your taste, then go get the mod that makes very hard EVEN MORE harder. In fact, it makes it so hard Deathclaw can kill you in one strike, depending on your level.
  20. Well, it's not really even the true end game yet. There's loads of DLC planned, even after the 3 that are coming out. Besides, like lenticular said Bethesda's games are about struggle...And that wasn't what I was saying; they are vicious fanboys who not pick everything, and I wanted to see if anyone agreed. Your excuse is actually valid, whereas theirs is idiotic.
  21. UGH. Just got back from looking at the NMA-Fallout.com Forums. Terrible. Just terrible. A bunch of angry insane fanboys who are angry that Bethesda didn't make the game EXACTLY like Fallout 1 and 2. I highly recommend NOT going there, they are completely insane (with the exception of a few who enjoy the game). I mean, the hated Fallout 3 before it even came out. :wall: One question from the forum drove me to ask it here. Do any of you think Fallout 3 will be memorable? Will it be treasured by many who enjoy the game and love it? What do you guys think? Personally, I think so. The Wasteland is well done, and while it's not exactly like Fallout 1 & 2--I liked both, but I have to admit I thought the combat was dreadful--and the freedom in Fallout 3 is awesome too, especially VATS. On the NMA forums, they don't think it will be memorable--the insane members, anyway--but if you read some of their posts, it sounds like they never even freaking played the game. And the accuse you of ignorance for liking it, etc...Chrissake, it's a battle ground there. I mean, they complained about being unable to shoot a rat in the [bleep]. Seriously. They complained about being unable to shoot and kill children. They complained about being unable to kill main quest NPC's, and being unable t deny the main quest and failing the game automatically. It's unbelievably ridiculous how much they nit pick. Kinda reminds me when I was a fanboy--but Jesus, they are terrible! So, what do you think of these people? On a side note, I've been having too much fun with the Alien Blaster--and listening to the music from that Fallout 3 LE CD. I love this game.
  22. I'm posting that it was a brilliant idea, but why isn't Triquos able to keep up the suggestion, if I may ask? The thead is still thriving, and he didn't ask for it to get closed down or anything. Yeah, so I just want to know. EDIT: OK, reading his post in his thread was sad  But anyway, I'm glad you stepped up to keep it alive until he returns, if he returns...Maybe you should put his note of absence up as well?
  23. I do this as well, and also sell mini nukes, cause I don't usually use the Fat Man that often. When I do use it though, I usually stock up. My average for money in my pocket is now about 2k caps a day, and it's still increasing, especially over the past couple of days. I've made a crap load off of the holo tags and useless guns/ammunition. Still can't wait for Operation: Anchorage.
  24. My bad  ...Erm, no. I didn't mean completely raped and completed every side quest, just the main storyline itself. Yeah, so technically I didn't beat the game yet, in fact not even close. But even so, I don't play this game just 3 hours a day, I was playing it nearly all day on the days I was playing it. So I have most of it done. But again my bad, I was tired and didn't mean confusion, I just beat the main storyline so far. Hehe, I don't think I'm blowing up Megaton for a while, in fact I've found a way to harvest money easily: going to the Washington monument and taking the Brotherhood holotags from the dead BoS soldiers and bringing them to scribe Jameson (Is that her name? Again, Can't Remember :P ). 100 Caps a pop. Not a godly amount, but still very good. The better alternative is probably to get the perk that allows you to collect fingers on dead guys and sell the fingers for cash and karma.
  25. (I presume you're talking about Paradise Falls [or whatever it's called, too late for me to remember]? If thats the case...) Whats funny about this is that I killed everyone at the slave camp right away. Even teh leader, whats his name..Uh, anyway...Yeah, murdered every one of them, released the prisoners, and had an epic lulz doing it. The only NPC who wouldn't leave is the old guy, who was deaf and wouldn't leave. Heh. I gained sooooo much karma from killing those poor bastards.
