I am sure Jagex is working on something to raise the limits to the 100's. I dont think they will let it go on forever. They may make the limits to 105 or something.

Bank PW would help, but would be a pain There probably wont be any new F2P Quests or Bank Space until a really big update. Furnace in the craft guild would make crafting too much easier.

Why wont Jagex let people just OFFER to duel anywhere, it wouldnt matter. Plus it would make city life more realistic with fights breaking out anywhere, everywhere, anytime. What do you think??

You want to know why, because this GAME is overrun by greed, ruthlessness, rudness and so much more. Basically, people are just plain rude and ignorant on this game. All people want is to have the most money and highest skills and they will do anything just to be the best. What they dont realize is there will always be someone better. Before RS2, I would say everything was good, but the RS2 added in so much stuff, people got greedy and... noobish. (Im not talking about everyone, but A LOT of people)

That would be cool. I would make it in the 60's for the level. And a law would be needed. I would say 1 law and maybe 1 earth and 1 air
