No offence buyy you only got like 4 levels on him, and 4 levels isnt much, so 69 attack isnt really low even compared to you. [And yes i do realise i an 64 attack lol]

What i was gonna suggest was cut yews/magics for money, sel them then use the money to go buy willows from a genral store for 6gp each! but that might sound nooby...
