I'll try it, I got a filter for Gimp called GREYC Storation. It reduces noise in JPEG images. Before: After: If I sharpened it anymore it would look grainy. D:

Exactly the look I wanted. Kinda proud of this, first time in a while. Not gonna change it, but what do you think? Btw the round things near the upper left is blood cells. You know, in the first spiderman movie, the change an' all after the bite? :P Just in case you couldn't notice.
