  1. I think the OP may have changed his mind on KQ but I do feel I can add. I use to solo KQ for slayer tasks and could end up getting 3-4 kills per trip. I wore slayer helm, bandos and a SGS. I prayed turmoil and deflect mage since that is her hardest hitting *range is op too* Once you get her onto you, run north *I think its north* towards the rope where you came in and get her monsters around her. Now you can do the bandos trick, walking under her after every hit. I would only do this after low on food so I'm sure you could get a lot more kills if you really wanted to but I was not really interested in staying there all afternoon for 1 kill. And yes I would say kill any other boss monster, you'll get a lot better drops. Bod

  4. I've been searching but I cannot find the guide of someone hunting penguins. I really don't like chins and just need a couple levels for barehanded butterflies. If someone who has better idea of where it is can find and post, I would be greatful. THanks, Bod

Am I reading this right Master horn holds 2X *x being what penance horn regularly holds* but charges at the 'same' speed or also 2y *y being how fast regular horn charges*? so if I get master horn and a friend has regular horn; if we both go, it will take the same amount of games to get to 50% full for both horns? If this is what I'm reading I need to slap myself in the head for charging regular horn so many times!
  7. Im 78 thieving currently and am wondering if anyone has looked into exp/hr on the two main options Pyramid plunder: kinda fun activity with a chance of getting staff part. Thieving monkeys: Not too bad, chance of getting Dragon scim with easier to stay and just do. Let me know your thoughts and if you have experimented and done the exp calcs.   16. I've been corping Mass and ffa but have a couple questions because I want to start 6-8 manning. 1) What are you suppose to do while getting attacked? Do you run away from the group so that the magic does not splash on everyone and corp cannot melee you? 2) Are there any ways to stop corp from eating my summon? I realize when he is on you and running through him makes him eat you but are there any little tricks? Thanks, I'd love any other useful advice. Bodderrs
  17. Overloads are pretty useless when it comes to camping a monster. A full pot of overload (4) only gives you 20 minutes of boosted stats where as a set of extremes gives you much longer. Td's aren't so hard that they are necessary because you kill more than 1 or 2 a run, I'm assuming. Personally whenever I go I take 2 Extreme attack and str pots and no range. This may seem stupid but what limits my runs are either time, two unicorn pouches, or running out of prayer pots. If you are like me and don't carry food with you then overloads are useless. Short answer: Stick to extremes Bodderrs However, overload gives you range bonus too, so in the end, it saves space. 1H of killing is 3 overloads, while you would need 1 x att, 1 x str, 1 x range (also 3 pots, but overloads keeps you topped all the time, while using 4 dose of extremes an hour is only on average around 118 or something if you are maxed) Yes but I stay there for two hours :rolleyes: So that would mean 6 overloads, 2 more spaces than my 4 extremes. I'm not saying overloads aren't good, they just don't need to be used for monsters you want to continuously kill. How long does it take for extremes to wear off, assuming you're maxed? And with berserker curse its another +15% time. I actually stay for 2 hours as well. I bring 2x range, str, and atk pots, which = 6 pots. Time-wise, overloads and extremes are the same, so inventory space really isn't an issue. I don't bring range! Don't know how many times I have to put that... And I leave because I run out of prayer pots. Those 2 extra prayer pots help me stay longer.

  21. Hey all, I'm no noob but dislike both hunter and agility so I require some assistance. I would like to have higher in both to be able to do most shortcuts and catch the new imps when I see them. Just wondering what the fastest way, within reason of course, to level up each. For hunter: Currently am lvl 75, catching red sallies and that doesn't seem to bad but I hear that bare-handing black warlocks is ~300k exp an hour. Is this true? Agility: Currently level 72, besides shortcuts and run, higher agility is needed for bare-handing. I plan on getting a normal horn and recharging it more often rather than getting the larger horn. Just like to know where the fastest exp is.

    I've TD fairly recently *yesterday* and have gotten good rewards *also yestserday* and here's what advice I can give you: 1) I don't use food but have a unicorn and a single sara brew pot This can be done because of a couple of things, most importantly is switching protective prayers. If the TD is using mage and starts to spaz I automatically switch to range and vice versa, I find the melee isn't as deadly. Another thing that i noticed is that range seems to be the most accurate attack, I personally find it the deadliest. Other random advice that may not help is: switch weapons and attack before switching prayers to give +%. That extra one or two hits can mean an extra 100 or so damage before the shield gets put back up.
