Actually I believe the first time you go through the stronghold you have to answer the questions. Then after you have collected all the rewards the questions are removed to enable players to have an easier time training there without being bothered by the same easy to answer questions that become quite tedious after a while. If players want to earn how to keep there account secure they should read the rules and handbook on the main site. Jagex shouldn't have to shove it in our faces with everything that we do just because some people have no common sense. Most people don't even pay much attention to the safety questions ingame anyways so it wasn't helping much in the first place. If people just read the rules and think twice before doing something, there safety should be fine.
