Yeah and also always use super energy (4) potions. (Take it with you while your running and drop the vial). With the cost of buying all the materials I can make a good 250-300k an hour at level 72 runecrafting. Xp for my level is around 18k/hr. However nats seem to be falling a bit so profits may be a little lower now. But at least pure essence is dropping with the nats. But as someone said above there are certain things (like penguin hunting) that do bring players together. Jagex should be aiming at some more content like that. Er 92 is actually half the xp for 99. But shilo village fly fishing or monkfish is best xp.

Just in my opinion but only get the 2 levels if you actually like fletching and is one of you favourite skills. I have a friend who got fletching as his first 99 and he's always wished he hadn't and had gotten something a little more unique instead. If you do decide to go for it use yew longs with SC hammers (they are so ftw) and good luck on getting the cape! :

I put addicted, only since whenever I play Runescape, Tip.it is always the tab I have open beside it. Most of the time it is sitting on the forum. It's also one of the first sites I go onto everyday when I turn my laptop on.

I personally smithed iron knives from 55-70 smithing. If you smelt iron off the GE (with ring of forging) you make a slight profit. However I found it more worthwhile to just buy the iron bars and make them into iron knives. Afterwards I just made the money back in the time I saved and got more xp. (Runecrafting ftw)

monkfish if you want xp and money but if not then try fly fishing at shilo village. Really good xp there.
