1, yes u will fish faster 2, if u are f2p and mage 99, u can hit 15 with fire blast 3, yes u will mine faster at high lvl 4, yes, u will chop faster at high lvls, except for mage logs (P2P) 5, u will get more runes out of a rune ess if u get higher lvls, im 43 now and i get multi air runes (more than 100 out of 28)
