I have almost no problem with the +1's. The best place I see them to be is in the H&A Forum. Someone asks a question, and someone gives an answer. I usually like a couple people to agree/dissagree with that person until I take the advice into consideration. That is where I see the "+1's" as being ok. In other places though, you are right, we need to get a control on these. Also, I agree that you can't block the "+1". People would then change to saying "I agree" or "I'll second that" or "that guy is right" or something of the sort. I think the H&A Forum is really the only ok place for the "+1" to exist. Anywhere else I see it as spam. Agree/Dissagree?

You my have had a problem with that plug. I would try the plug that wasn't working with a different cord.

You can buy it without doing the quest, but you must have done the quest to wield it.
